approach, research design, sampling method etc. All these are consider useful methods which

upon its performance at market place. On the other hand, ABC Limited is another company for
this dissertation which is an international bank in Bahrain. It was founded in 1980 by Saddek
Omar EI Kaber. In this bank different number of employees are work happily. Recently, they
face some issues related to psychological stress and workplace-violence. It is a biggest issue that
reduce motivation level among employees. It will also influence on profitability of bank which
further result is low market share and poor image in market. Therefore, in order to overcome this
type of issue, both organisation decide to conduct market research which will help them in
identifying effective ways about how to reduce this issue. For this, companies should uses
different types of motivation theory and techniques which will support them in overcoming
psychological stress and violence effectively.
