Introduction of the research thesis
 This project is based on the case study on ChopCut Limited & ABC
Limited. ChopCut Limited is a suppliers and manufacture of ChopCut
wheels. All product of company is made from advance technology and
effective quality of raw material.
 For this, companies should uses different types of motivation theory and
techniques which will support them in overcoming phycological stress and
violence effectively.

Research background
 Phycological stress is a feeling of pressure and strain. Stress is a main type
of phycological pain. Less of stress may be beneficial, desired and even
healthy for employees. Beside this, positive stress assist an individual to
enhance their athletic performance and profitability.
 Violence is referred as a behaviour which is intended to injury, hurt or kill
people. Phycological stress and violence in the working environment are
defined as two main factors which highly impacts workers as well as
company.

Research aim and objective
 Main aim of this research proposal is “To analyse and interpret impact of
phycological stress and workplace violence on profitability of SMEs”
 To understand the concept of workplace stress and violence.
 To identify the impact of workplace stress and violence in ChopCut
Limited .
 To evaluate different factors which contributes towards employee stress

Literature review
 This is a second chapter of thesis which will help an investigator to complete
research activities in effective and accurate manner.
 According to the Adele Burney, 2019, Stress can cause such physical ailments as
anxiety, headaches and depression. Different times stress is mainly related with the
work, due to tight deadlines, maximum hours and concern regarding the economy.
 In addition, workplace stress harmfully impact on emotional and physical
responses of employees. Job or workplace stress can lead to bad health and even
injury.

Conceptual frame work
A conceptual framework represents the researcher's work of literature about the topic of the
research. This framework maps out the actions which are required to be present in the research
proposal. Conceptual framework of this particular research is as follows. There are three variables
in this research topic that is workplace stress, workplace violence and firm's profitability. Workplace
stress and violence are two independent variables whereas firm's profitability is a dependent
variable. In order to develop an understanding about the relationships of these variables. A
framework for the issues and their influence on a firm's profitability is developed below which
shows several factors leading towards workplace stress.

researcher to collect accurate information about the topic.

proper profile of respondents, events and conditions.

people to be designed and as well as accumulation of more information in
an extremely economic manner.
