INTRODUCTION
Psychology Behaviour refers to the study of connection between behaviour and mind of
people. Scientists and investigators who do study in behavioural psychology are trying to get
knowledge and understand why people behave the way people do and they are interconnected
with the discovering the patterns in their actions or behaviour. It has huge impact in clinical
applications for the instance the substance abuse counsellors, mental health counsellors and some
other professionals use therapeutic techniques from the behaviourism to assist assist to help
person to overcome from particular issues (Huggins and Thompson, 2019). Below report is
based on “Beyond Youth Custody” It was a six years England vital awareness and learning
programmes funded by huge lottery funds as part of Youth in focus on initiatives. Since
inception in the year of 2012. BYC create a robust evidence base which is about the works in
order of effectual resettlement for the youth. This evidence base is rooted in views of young
people and children was used to advance, challenges and promote in well manner in thinking of
policy or practice for effectual resettlement of youth leaving custody. BYC has partnership with
Nacro and along with three other research or evaluation based partners. The programme is focus
on four major work areas such as; producing robust evidence based on work, providing young
people a voice, developing and after promoting the good practices and examining and
communicating what are changes are needed.

There are two psychological theories which are assists in understand social behaviour and
in other terms also, one is Behavioural theories and second is Humanistic theories.
Behavioural Theory
It is also known as Behaviourism and it is theory of the learning based on thoughts and
ideas that all behaviours are acquired via conditioning. This theory seeks to describe the human
behaviour by the examining antecedents and consequences which are present in individual's
environment or learned associations people has acquired via the previous experience. It is
essential to provide an explanatory structure of putative mediators of physical based activity
changes (Manstead, A.S., 2018). Incorporating intense longitudinal measurement of these
theoretical concept is critical to make some improvements in fit of control system concept of

physical based activity or for the advancing the theory of behavioural. It is most important to
study human behaviour and understand in well manner. In terms of BYC, they were focus on
behaviour of both human beings and animals to study in depth so that they can understand and
provide suggestions accordingly.
Humanistic Theory
It is defines a perspective that are emphasizes in terms of looking at entire individual or
concepts based on stresses such as self efficacy, free will and self actualization. In this
concentration is on dysfunction, psychology based on humanistic strives to support people in full
filling their potential or maximize their well being (Olaitan and Pitts, 2020). This theory is
important to the social work practices as they provide a theoretical basis for viewing the based on
individuals, their experience and meaning they attributes to such experiences, such experiences.
Such models are primarily used in the assessment or intervention stages of social based work
practices. Humanism stresses the essential of values of human and dignity. It proposes that
person can solve the issues via the utilize of science or reason. In this workplace and humans are
focus on religious traditional, achieve growth on personal based, humanism instead focuses on
supporting person live in well manner. And make world a better place. In terms of BYC, through
this they can focus on human and their actions in each terms such as their mental health, stress
and etc.
Both theories have similarities, both are focus on human behaviour and their actions to
understand in well manner to humans so that humans can supporting each other in their stress
and any other issues.
Difference Between Behaviourism and Humanism theory
Behaviourism Humanism
It is psychological approach that is utilize
scientific or objectives methods of research to
examine human or animals psychology.
It is a psychological concept that stresses on
study of entire individual and behaviour which
is related to the inner feeling or self image on
individual basis.
This theory is focus on actions based on
observable such as behaviour.
This theory is focus on human beings and their
mental health as well as inner feelings (Pincus,
Kiefer and Beyer, 2018).

such as open ended questions or unframed
interviews.
This theory is suggested for assumptions of
human and animal behaviour.

are different from animals as they capable of
reasons and thoughts.
Both theories are essential to analysing the behaviour of humans and animals so that
society can change the perspective for others and support them if they face any issues and going
through stress. In terms of BYC, they were focusing on giving voice to youth by providing them
training and taking sessions of different humans and different mind set people (Pirson, 2019).
Company developing or promoting good practices and which are ethical for society so that
entire world can be a good place and positive environment for community. Firm examining or
communicating what are changes are required for good human behaviour so that company can
helps in improve the sessions quality.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded the above report, psychology behaviour is most important for human and
society. It helps in make strong connection between mind and human body as well as other
humans. In above report there are two psychological theory which are discuss for firm to
understand each area in better manner. Behaviourism is helps in understand different nature and
behaviour of person. Humanism is assists in provide support to other who need support and who
are in stress. Both are focus on human behaviour in understanding in better manner. Both theory
assists in social behaviour because if people understand each other in right manner and
supporting each other become more easy.
