INTRODUCTION
Psychology Behaviour refers to the study of connection between behaviour and mind of
people. Scientists and investigators who do study in behavioural psychology are trying to get
knowledge and understand why people behave the way people do and they are interconnected
with the discovering the patterns in their actions or behaviour. It has huge impact in clinical
applications for the instance the substance abuse counsellors, mental health counsellors and some
other professionals use therapeutic techniques from the behaviourism to assist assist to help
person to overcome from particular issues (Huggins and Thompson, 2019). Below report is
based on “Beyond Youth Custody” It was a six years England vital awareness and learning
programmes funded by huge lottery funds as part of Youth in focus on initiatives. Since
inception in the year of 2012. BYC create a robust evidence base which is about the works in
order of effectual resettlement for the youth. This evidence base is rooted in views of young
people and children was used to advance, challenges and promote in well manner in thinking of
policy or practice for effectual resettlement of youth leaving custody. BYC has partnership with
Nacro and along with three other research or evaluation based partners. The programme is focus
on four major work areas such as; producing robust evidence based on work, providing young
people a voice, developing and after promoting the good practices and examining and
communicating what are changes are needed.

in other terms also, one is Behavioural theories and second is Humanistic theories.
Behavioural Theory
It is also known as Behaviourism and it is theory of the learning based on thoughts and
ideas that all behaviours are acquired via conditioning. This theory seeks to describe the human
behaviour by the examining antecedents and consequences which are present in individual's
environment or learned associations people has acquired via the previous experience. It is
essential to provide an explanatory structure of putative mediators of physical based activity
changes (Manstead, A.S., 2018). Incorporating intense longitudinal measurement of these
theoretical concept is critical to make some improvements in fit of control system concept of
