Case study 1: Christina and Coen’s Wedding
Task 1
The given case study describes love story of Alexis and Coen who were couples for
twenty years being starting from high school. Although the years have altered them and their
mutual hobbies have declined, they remain dedicated to one another. Alexis now works in the
public health system as an administrator. Despite the heavy demands and obligations of her
career, she stays unaffected, ensuring that she completes all of her responsibilities while
avoided works over than 37.5 hours per week and taking her weekends off to spend time with
Coen. Her colleagues are frequently stunned as to how she is in a leadership position when
she is so laid-back and unconcerned about deadlines or promotions. The fact is that, while
Alexis was truly lucky to be advanced to a managerial position, she is also a skilled people
person who effectively manages her staff (Higgins and et. al., 2021). The situation reflected

was to significantly expand their administrative department. After deciding to grow, the
firm's four founders gathered and reviewed the types of people they believed would best
impact the organization and complement the present workforce (Sætre and Van de Ven,
2021). Finally, they decided that they required individuals who could adjust to changing
events, such as the company's expansion. As a result, they choose mental flexibility over
specialised and highly taught administrative competencies acquired in a small number of
firms or situations. Throughout the case study key psychology theory that can be interlinked
which includes changes in behaviour. As in the given case study there were certain changes
in behaviour of market that were being observed. In addition to this, with optimistic
behaviour respective firm can direct operating in the complex business environment. Various

Task 1
Martha is a 50-year-old Colombian native who grew up in Bogotá. While she was 49,

and Azul has started school. Martha used to spend much of her leisure with the other South
