1RESPOND TO DISCUSSION
1. Probing question:
For respond 1: How can crises hamper regular daily life?
For respond 2: How to overcome crisis situations?
2. A deep insight based on the colleagues’ posting:
For respond 1: From the posting shared by the colleagues I have realized that any kind of
developmental crisis or situational crisis can hamper a healthy regular life. These crises are the
cause of ultimate depression that demolishes rhythmic flow of life.
For respond 2: From the posting of discussion 2 I have can give an insight on how every human
being should overcome their crisis. The life of every individual is endowed with full of
challenges. Therefore, they need a motivation and enthusiastic approach from others so that they
can easily overcome the crisis.
3. Offer and support an opinion:
For respond 1:
After going through discussion one, I can fully support that the victims faced various
developmental, situational or eco-systematic crisis may have to face immense challenges in their
day to day life. As per my opinion these crisis ultimately hampers the psychological balance of
an individual.

2RESPOND TO DISCUSSION
After going through discussion two, I can opine that psychologically affected people can
be self-motivated. They need a hand with the help of whom they can see their future progress of
life. They can proceed the rest of their life with enthusiastic vigour.
5. Own experience:
For respond 1:
After going though discussion 1, I can validate 1 experience faced previously on the
situational crisis. I know a woman who has a phobia on making party as she lost her husband in a
ceremony due to over dose of intoxication. In this situation, I have personally tried to convince
the woman that attending ceremony is not a mistake for anyone. But an individual should never
be over intoxicated that can ultimately damage a persons’ health.
For respond 2
After evaluating the two discussions I have gathered and enhanced my own experience. I
got to know how I should deal with a person who is facing a challenging situation. By applying
cognitive theory or motivational theory I need to encourage the person for rendering further
progress of their lives. I have also experienced that motivation works as a form of energy booster
that can gain an enthusiastic zeal among the de-motivated people.
6. Make suggestion:
For respond 1: In case of making suggestion I can recommend that victims should get a good
accompany with the touch of which they can overcome every challenge of their life.
For Respond 2: My recommendation would be switching the concentration of victims from fear
and anxiety to happiness

For respond 1: In order to expand the postings of discussion 1 I can conclude that the
psychology of human being changes as per situation demands.
For respond 2: In order to expand the postings of discussion 2 I can conclude that crisis
intervention should not be emphasized. We should accept the crisis of our life as a part of
challenge.
