Development is an important aspect in the lives of human beings, as it helps them to hone
their skills and develop their minds so that they can survive in the world. The development of
humans will help them in tackling the obstacles in a strategical manner that they may face in their
lives at a later stage. The process of development in a child begins at their homes and continues
throughout their school lives that teaches them how to deal with the problems that they may face in
the real-life scenario. However, some of the children are not able to develop in a proper manner due
to some physical disabilities that makes their lives dependent on others and may lead to depressions
adn anxiety at a later stage (Van der Kolk 2017).

The physical difficulty or disability may cause the child to be withdrawn from the society,
which may lead to stress, depression and anxiety within them. They may have difficulty in
communicating as their body language along with their speech may be under-developed due to the

Most of the young children try to mix with others during the recess periods that are
provided in the schools. This allows them the opportunity to make friends in the playground and
maintain their physical structure as well. When the child is not being able to perform any one of
these, it leads to a feeling of loneliness, as they are not being able to make any friends in the society
(Gardner 2014). The use of the recess periods also allow the child to burn the excess energy failing
which may lead the children to focus on some mischievous acts as well. This may lead the children to
lack concentration in their classrooms that may affect their process of learning as well. Therefore, it
