There is a stigma around the populace regarding cosmetic surgery in human sexuality and
people think it is a curse to have deformity of sexual organ. In the developed countries as well
there are number of issues that people are facing in terms of pursuing sexual cosmetic surgeries.
It is important to note that for women, the issue of cosmetic surgery is very complex and a matter
of secrecy due to the negative backlash surrounded the society. A pertinent question arises
regarding the rights of sexual cosmetic surgeries for women in developed country. The research
of McDougall (2013) pointed out that there are some behavioural implications due to the
presence of media that influence the women in developed world to raise concern about their
gentiles. It is related to the sexual behaviour of a person where he or she wants to make a better
shape of body and enough confidence in mind even having sex. The research also opined that it
is a right for women and there is no denial fact that it has to be legal around the world. Cosmetic
surgery is not a curse and undergoes by the supervision of medical practitioners. Therefore, there
should not be a problem for the women to desire vaginal rejuvenation. In response to this, it can
be argued that cosmetic surgery in sexual life must be a right and legalised so that people can
have their human rights even in sexual life. It is necessary to promote and safeguard their sexual
desires as the right.

The five factor theory is very popular among scholars and academicians due to its well
narratives regarding the personality traits. It is important to note that the personality traits are
divided into a number of important aspects that can deal with the psychological process of
individual personality. There are five different factors like extraversion, neuroticism, openness to
experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness. The five factor theory is highly encoded into
language followed by a hypothesis of the events. It is associated with the dispositional trait like
constructs the thoughts to a great extent so that it can bring efficacy to the biological basis of the
human beings.
In response to this, the research of Hagger (2009) advocated that there is a link between
the five factor theory and biological basis underpinning it. In response to this, it can be stated
that interest in personality research is uni-dimensional and deterministic of actions and
behaviour. It is important to note that the cognitive, environmental and the situational factors of
biological reference. It can be argued that five factor theory is resembled with biological basis
that can help to build up a causal analysis. Therefore, it can be stated that there is a strong
resemblance between the five factor theory and biological basis of the model.
