AI Summary
This report details a psychology intervention aimed at improving online student GPA by 8% over three years. The intervention, rooted in self-determination theory and cognitive principles, involved pre- and post-assessments, scaled surveys, and behavioral change techniques (BCTs). The group analyzed factors like constructivism, behaviorism, and cognitive abilities, and developed a table outlining determinants of behavior change. The implementation plan included pretests, revisions, and dissemination through e-pamphlets and online notifications. The study investigated the impact of social support, prompt review techniques, and personalized feedback on student outcomes. The team identified that self-determination is the best way for altering the behaviour. The report highlights the significance of self-analysis and the effectiveness of strategies like motivation, planning, and encouragement in fostering self-action and improved academic performance.

Summary of groups weekly findings
Such as this week the team broke off and completed individual tasks and works that were
allotted that it was complex in understanding and improving their aspects. The team member
finally identify that there was a connection between aspects and their proposed conceptions that
are self determination concepts and learning methods, The teammates worked hard
collaboratively on a table designed by another member of the group by considering the thoughts
of entire team in to one to visualise and acknowledge what they required to do. The table which
was designed was the key Determinants o Behaviour change and the outcome variable is to
develop online student’s GPA average by 8% over a 3 years’ time. The table enabled the unit
visualise what will analyse if an online scholar is willing to change their behaviour, it consisted
Constructivism that are the stereotypes and schemas, Behaviourism and Constructivism that
considers external stimuli and assets. Internal encouragement that is the optimistic behaviour to
meet aims like career ambitions, self determination theory that are the beliefs on outcomes and
self efficacy lastly cognitive theory that is the cognitive abilities and education matching to the
area of study. All these variables had outcomes and scenarios in the table to acknowledge how
they can maximise GPA of online scholars. The effectiveness of the intervention on the final
results could be to begin with via pre and publish checking out to measure university college
students common instructional overall performance in regard to their alternate in grades this
could either be finished via a web survey or shape part of the preliminary enrolment that students
can complete with an reading marketing representative or exclusive workforce member.
Secondly scaled surveys including a Likert scale can be used to degree student’s delight with
their teacher feedback this will be accomplished in some unspecified time in the future of the
semester.
The group examined and investigated that all ideas, emotions and attitudes of people are
continually changing with the information they are receiving from the external world, personal
schemas and constant flow stimuli. Sam summarised that by utilising steps to motivate, lead by
steps of plan for examining and encouraging scholar’s behaviour over time will change in to self
action, and self determination is the best way for altering the behaviour. The group will be
looking further at self analysis theory and utilise it like a leading concept for this aspect. As the
member of team, it identified that reliable study have proved that these tools are simple use and
will bring about optimistic modification. A examination on planned social support from Journals

demonstrated that those who were suffering from multiple risk behaviours had a higher reduction
in MRP score and those had multiple planned social support had a higher minimisation. This
proved that who had planned social support had a greater chance to modify their behaviour.
Along with this, by considering prompt review technique of behaviour goals, a study referred to
the BCT by display its successful in a health test. It is one of the most successful way which
enable the participants in changing their behaviour health was follow up prompts that were
reviews of the present health. Another BCT they considered in their design was particular aims
and intention formation. The study of the teammate was that the growth and progress in the
relation among aim and orientation and scholars’ motivational values is self regulated learning.
One of other team member was also studying feedback and response on execution. His/her next
research identified that those in the study who received personal and verbal response executed
academically better than those who received collective response.
