Psychology is used to study the human behaviour and
their thoughts throughout different life stages.
There are several psychological factors are present
which influence human behaviour.
It also develops a healthy relationship between service
provider and sercice user.
Life cycle of human various stages like infancy,
childhood, adolescence and adulthood etc.

Application of theories
Richard Lazarus- Cognitive appraisal.
 Each and every individual is affected by the
surrounding environment.
 Primary stage of appraisal includes the finding
meaning of situation in effective way.
 Secondary appraisal, individual is not able to
recognize what should be done in the different
condition.

 In life cycle, individual triggers many emotions
in many conditions.
 The emotions arises only after the individual
encounter with the condition.
 Emotion of both stressed and confusion mainly
triggers the stressful constitution.

Karen is undergoing in difficult mental situations.
Also facing pervasive development and anxiety disorder.
This is lowering the self esteem and confidence of Karen to perform her
daily job practices.

with her husband's issues..
The secondary appraisal encounter when she does not know that what to do
with the critical condition or situation.
