Rationale

increased. It has been identified that poor diet provided to children as well as adults leads to low
IQ level. In order to overcome this issue the study has been conducted for improvising condition
of Australia.

Low IQ among children has been considered as the major issue in Australia. While
investigation deeply on this topic, it has been analysed that main reason behind Low IQ is lack of
intake of good nutritions food. It is further observed that main reason behind this is lack of
concern of parents towards the children eating habits (Fewtrell and et. al., 2017). This is because,
they all are working which makes them busy in performing working activity in their day to day
working task. As a result, they are not able to analyse that whether the children are taking
appropriate food or not. Low IQ problem is not only being faced by children but it is also been
seen commonly in adults. The reason behind it is quite common for all that is busy lifestyle.
Individuals are so much leaned in their work which makes them unaware about healthy and
nutritious eating habits. While looking at the other perspective of the same concept it has been
seen that individuals can easily improve Low IQ level by effectively changing their eating habits
(Fewtrell and et. al., 2017). As a result, it can be said that if these individuals have place their
small initiatives towards their health then they can easily improve their IQ in rapid manner.
In order to conduct current investigation in effective manner, qualitative research
methodology has been taken into consideration for obtaining best feasible result on the same.
The main reason behind selecting this research topic is to develop strong base of results that are
based on human perceptions. Information placed by different authors in books and journals have
been given preference for enhancing value of investigation.

The overall information gathered from the investigation has contributed in understanding
the whole data that whether it is suitable to the study or not. The overall result obtained from the
study states that lifestyle of individuals are becoming so busy and stressful which ultimately
makes them not concentrate over their eating habits (Victora and et. al., 2016). Along with this,
their busy lifestyle has also distracted them to take some specific time for themselves so that
their health condition and IQ level can be improved effectively.
From the overall analysis of investigation, it has been concluded that intake of good
nutrition is helpful for all no matter whether they are children or adults. It can be further said that
if individuals consumes high nutritional food then they can easily enhance their IQ level. This
will contribute them in succeeding in their career. Along with this, it is further find out if parents
of small children focuses on this thing from their very first stage of child then their cognitive
development will automatically done in rightful manner. As a result, they will not face any issue
related to Low IQ level of their children.
The main limitation of this study was that it completely relies upon secondary data that is
books and journals. This reliance on single mode made it ignore information that could be
collected from primary data. It has been analysed that if information would have been gathered
from primary sources then it would definitely help them in understanding actual perception of
people which are been experienced by them (Segura, Ansótegui and Díaz-Gómez, 2016). Along
with this, it will also tell that what they think about the issue related to Low IQ level and how it
could be improved effectively.
The investigation into actual action is based on the issue how good nutrition plays in
preventing low IQ among human beings, thus this is a key issue which can be prevented through
good use of nutrition. In the over all analysis of the project the result can be obtained through
analysing the use of good nutrition in preventing low IQ.

On the basis of overall analysis, it can be said that all information was taken from the
authenticate and trustworthy books as well as journal so that they true results can be obtained on
the research topic. This ensures that the quality of overall investigation and outcome are high. In

increase in enhancement of IQ level of individuals.
