these skills at the time of making the completion of research project any scientific topic. In
addition to this, there are also some other skills which are important to consider at the time of
making the completion of the research project such as the communication skills and other
interpersonal skills which helps the researcher to make the successful completion of the tasks
they are provided in the research project. Further, the assignment will also make its focus on the
perspectives of different authors and their thoughts provided in relation to the importance of

research such as in the case when the research is conducted on Psychology or some Scientific
topic. The another reason of importance of this assessment is because the importance will be
drawn in order to help the learners to know about the importance of these skills and it will help
in understanding the researcher to be clarified with the research topic with which they are
provided with. So due to the following reason, the importance of this topic and the skills
increases at the time of conducting research related to scientific topic or any other related topic.
Literature Review
According to Katharine E Hubbard and Sonja Dunbar, (2017), the scientific reporting skills
are of great importance for the growth and development of the effectiveness in the research and
the way of completing the research. It not only impacts upon the skills but also impacts upon the
way of performing the tasks. With the help of these skills, it will be possible for an individual to
have proper knowledge and clear understanding about the task and the topic on which the
individual is working upon. So with the help of clear understanding and the aim for which the
researcher is working, it will be easy for him to achieve the goals and objectives of the research.
Along with these skills, there are also some other important skills which an individual need to
focus on as these skills are also important for the successful completion of the research as well as
to make the research able to create some sense to the reader. The skills such as the
communication skills and interpersonal skills which also plays an important role for an

individual at the time of making the completion of the research. So with the help of these skills
along with the scientific reporting skills, it will be possible for the researcher to make the
research accomplishment in the most effective way.
According to Vijay K Sharma, (2017), communication skill can be defined as the skills
with the help of which an individual makes his interaction with the other people in order to
transfer or get some data or information in the same way in which he wants to transfer him or the
other individual wants to provide to him. So the importance of this skills is because of lack of
knowledge. In other words, it can be said that human being is not perfect in everything, there are
some areas in which he is weak or is not able to perform well and in these cases it is important
for the individual to take the help of other people in order to get the resolution of the problems
faced by him in order to make the completion of the assignment to be successful. It is also
important for the individual to transfer the information to another information in the right way
and also in the right sense so that it could become possible for him to get the right answer or

Additionally, the importance of interpersonal skills is also very important at the time of
conducting the research for the researcher. It is because with the help of this skill, it will be
possible for the individual to interact good with other people so that they could provide him with

research that has been conducted. So the importance of interpersonal skills also increases in the

performing a task. However, the classes and courses are also important tools that helps to a
person in increasing his knowledge but without self-practice and concentration it is not possible
to learn something new from what an individual had learnt from the books or courses. With the
help of practical learning, it will be possible for the individual to make improvement in their
learning processes and with the increased interaction with the surrounding environment. In his
experiences of life, an individual interacts with many kind of people which have different
natures, qualities and many attributes with the help of which knowledge is gained and applied in
the real life context as well which helps in the increment in the knowledge of an individual.

It can be defined as the methods which are used in order to collect the data for the
successful completion of the project. There are two types of research methods which are
Qualitative and Quantitative Methods. For the completion of this research project, the use of
Qualitative Research Method has been done because with the help of this method, it will be
possible for the researcher to get the correct results and make the deep analysis of the
information provided in the project with the help of theoretical data, models and theories.
3.2 Research Approach
It can be defined as the approach that has been used for the collecting and gathering the data
needed in order to complete the project provided. There are two types of approaches which are
inductive and deductive approaches (Drenth, 2018). For the completion of this assignment, the
use of Deductive Approach has been done so as to analyze properly and to do deep analysis of
the information provided in the project.
3.3 Data Collection Methods
The Following term can be defined as the term which relates to the collection of data for the
completion of the research project with the help of different sources of data. There are two types
of data collection method which are Primary and Secondary Sources of Data. For the completion
of this research project, the use of secondary data has been done such as the use of books,
journals, online sources, etc.
3.4 Methods
Participants
The participants during this study were 349 students listed in course PSYC2081 at the

University of New South Wales. The mean age of participants was 23 years. The
experiments were conducted as a part of regular tutorial categories for the course. people
absent from the category were excluded from participation (Tafuri, 2017).
Design
