Diploma of counseling has moved to higher level of education qualification which helps
in developing particle knowledge with more of the skills employers wants in today’s world. I
want to study this program with a view to develop my core understanding on practical and
theoretical part of working subjects. I realized to pursue this course after when I got stuck in
negotiating with another person in one deal. I felt that I should overcome my demerits. I
observed that once I complete my BA in psychology and postgrad diploma in counseling course
then it will surely help me to shape my career.
I have learned through my own experience that I am very efficient and hardworking
persons. If I study psychology and postgrad diploma in counseling course then it will strengthen
my understanding and make me to think critically in determined approach. I have faced various
problems and hurdles due to my non-effective psychological influencing power. Each and every
time I easily got influenced or manipulated by others. I realized that if I pursue psychology and
postgrad diploma in counseling course in international reputed colleges then it will result to
change in my thinking process and develop my own personality in effective manner.
I have gone through various complex and ramified situations which have taught me to
learn various key skills to encounter problems and threats in determine approach. One of the
main incidents which I learned from my experience was related to negating with my employer in
my last job. I realized that I was not competent enough to negotiate with my employer. The main
insight of this experience was related to gauging my own intents and mind set where I was
standing and decide that I should quite job and go for psychology and postgrad diploma in
counseling course to strengthen my own intents and understanding. This experience shows me
that I should not hurry in getting indulged in something until and unless I am ready for that.

With the ramified changes in my life and adamantine study on my problematic life
experiences and events, I realized that I will have to do hard work. This psychology and
