that SD is 4.16 while mean is 16.66. In this, (n=50). The participants have been randomly
selected hence this study considered simple randomly probability sample sampling.
The main cause of selecting this method is to get without a biased outcome. This method
could also facilitate to conduct this study systematically and meet the research matter (Braig,
Genuneit, Walter, Brandt, Wabitsch, Goldbeck, & Rothenbacher, 2018). In this, the non-
probability sampling tool was not entailed in this study caused of avoiding the biases form this
study. Further, the probability random sampling method is effective to get the data in minimum
spending.

Materials
This study is emphasized in evaluating the role of self-esteem in physical health. The
relationship between self-esteem is evaluated by entailing descriptive methods. In this, 8
questionnaires have been asked to participants the data is measured by the validity and reliability
tool. It would support the investigator to examine the consistency of the data. On the basis of the
Cronbach’s alpha, the data will be obtained between 0.77 - 0.88. It is because, if the researcher
has selected the collected data between this range means the questionnaire is valid and they will
be able to get the real data.
Apart from that if data is less than 0.77 - 0.88 ranges then the questionnaire is not reliable
that affects the overall productivity of research outcome. In this, Likert scale tool is prsssiced by
the researcher to evaluate the role of self-esteem in physical health (1=strongly Agree and 5
=strongly disagree). The research asked the participants does self-esteem affects their physical
health. (Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, disagree, and strongly disagree). The data demonstrated
that most of the people were seeking that physical health practices positive impact on self-
esteem. In this, self-esteem is independent while physical health is depended variable.
Design and procedure
In this study, the researcher will use the cross research design, wherein participants will
be liable to directly answer the questions that are asked by the participants. From the application
of this method, the researcher will directly be asked about their physical health and comprehend

how much it affected by their self-esteem. This method will aid to get the statistical information
towards the research issue (Gilani & Dashipour, 2017). This method is quite complicated as
compared to another method. But, at the same time, it is founded that this method could aid to
meet the research purpose effectively.
The large survey was completed by face to face method. In this, paper and pencil were
required to complete the study. I provided the questionnaire as well as pencil and request to all
fill the questionnaire from their experience ad knowledge. I gave 30 min to each for fulfilling
the questionnaire and share their real experience
Data analysis for future study
For conducting the study in the upcoming period, I will use a mixed research design
method whereas both quantitative and qualitative method has been considered. This method is
effective for getting positive sites of both methods (Batista, Cubo, Honório, & Martins, 2016). It
will assist me to get theoretical as well as statistical data towards the specified research issue. In
this, literature review method and survey through questionnaire. The data will be evaluated by
entailing the SPSS software and MS-Excel software. It will aid to get reliable and valid
information towards the research mater. This method will aid to get depth information towards
the study matter (Bresler & Stake, 2017).
