The learner centred psychological principles focuses on research. This type of psychology
helps in teaching and learning. These principles lead toward positive mental health of
teachers and children. These fourteen principles of learning focused over nature and goals of
constructive learning. This article describe about construction of knowledge, strategic
thinking and various aspects of learning. Learning is also positively related to motivational
factor. Learning can be enhanced to interaction with society. Learning also depends upon
individual capacity. Cultural diversity and social background also positively impact over the
