Creative Tendency
As per the score that I have got in the GET2TEST result, I have a high score on
creativity. I have the chance of using all the creative ideas that will be helping me to proceed in
the long run. As a part of the team project, I made up my mind that I will be visiting the nearby
NGO and rescue the children from there. There were several complaints coming against the
service of the NGO.
The meaning of the results
Occasionally enterprising
I am occasionally enterprising. My score is 65 percent. This says that I am having some
aspects of enterprising nature. I have the openness to work over a limited number of company
projects. I have the capacity of working over only a handful or a limited amount of projects. In
other words, I lack the capability.
Achievement
I have got a medium score in this section of the psychometric test. This is evident in the
fact that I am having a medium inclination towards maintaining a proper optimistic nature. In
other words, it can be said that I try to keep a positive and optimistic nature but at times, I often
fear that I might make some mistakes. Thus, I often tend to take a back step. Thus I have to work
much more over this aspect. I am responsible for some of my duties. However, I often feel that I
cannot work over all the different kinds of work in the same responsible manner. I often cannot
take up the responsibilities properly when there is a huge work pressure.

right decisions at the right time. I like to be advised by the seniors rather than thinking that I am
capable of managing the entire work myself.

creative bend of mind. I am good at making good use of all the available resources at my
disposal. I make sure that I am change-oriented and I try my level best to accept all the
challenges that come in my way.

signifies that I have moderate or medium score in this aspect. I will be able to use the innovative
and the good ideas in the path of business. This shows that I will be able to provide many good

However, I will be trying to develop in this particular aspect in the future days.
Calculated Risk-Taking
I have got a medium score in this aspect which says that I am neither too risk-oriented
nor too adamant. I like to make calculative moves and take risks on the advice of others. I am not
really sure about the exact outcome of my decisions. In other words, I cannot always make an
assumption about the aftereffects of my decisions.

I have a medium score in this aspect which says that I can somewhat keep control over
myself. I have a medium control over my self-confidence and my decision making power. In
other words, I do not really feel confident at all steps. I often have to take the help of others since
I do not realize how to keep control over the development of my ideas.

Enterprising
I have got a medium score in this aspect. I think that I have the capability of working in
some of the chosen and limited projects and not in all the other aspects. This is evident from the
fact that even in my school life and in my beginning f the career, I was never open for taking part
in all the projects. I felt that I will not be able to complete the works on time. Thus, I used to
work only on the Arts based projects as this was my subject I never thought of taking part in the
projects of the other projects that were named from politics, social science, and other subjects.
However, whenever someone helped me I could move forward easily. However, I have seen that
I have the chance of improving this aspect through proper guidance. I have seen that I can
develop the enterprising capacity and work over multiple numbers of projects as and when I get a
proper encouragement by some seniors.
Need for Achievement

I have got a medium score. However, I feel that I can work on my achievement level on
getting a proper kind of boost or impetus. I am moderately oriented towards the achievement of
the tasks. I will be able to work over my achievement level by getting the right kind of moral
support.
Calculated Risk Taking
I have a medium score here which says that I have a moderate tendency towards risk
bearing. I do not keep myself totally aloof from the risks that might come in my way. However,
on the other hand, I will often feel that I cannot deal with negative or bad impacts. However, I
have seen that I can develop a good risk bearing capability if I move forward in a step by step
manner. During my school days, I was very afraid of delivering the presentation in front of a
huge number of students. I felt that if I take up this charge, this will be a very risky matter.
I might forget the lines in between and this will be having a negative impact on my
overall career. However, during my final semester, I decided to take up this risk and move
forward in a very calculative manner. I made up a plan and moved forward in an organized
manner. I made an action plan and moved forward in a step by step manner. I made it a point to
practice delivering a speech in front of the mirror and also in front of my family before appearing
on the final day of the presentation. This helped me a lot.
Need for Autonomy
I have a low score in this aspect. However, I feel that with time, I can work over this
particular aspect. I have to work over my decision making power as well. I will have to make
myself believe within my own efforts. This will help me to develop proper autonomy or control.

I have a medium score here. This shows that I am somewhat good at using the
opportunities and being confident in all my endeavors. However, if I need to work over my level
of confidence I have to keep proper control over my thoughts and ideas. I will have to work over
my confidence levels that I do not depend on the opinion of others at every step.
Examples of your actions and behaviors over your life and business career
I am of a medium risk bearing mentality. Thus I have often exhibited this behavior in my
personal and professional life as well. Once there was a team meeting going on in my office. I
was acting as the assistant team leader. The team leas suddenly had to go out of the station and I
was about to take all the important decisions in his absence. I was not capable of taking up this
decision as I thought that this would be of high risk. However, on the other hand, I felt that I
have to do something so that the team performance is not getting affected.
Brief account of the antecedent influences
Education- I have a high creative tendency that will be useful for making good progress in this
field. I will be utilizing all the possible resources and make sure that I am able to reach to a
proper position.
Work experience – I have got medium calculated risk score. This will be beneficial for my work
life. I will be able to take all my future moves by calculating the risk factor. I will be trying to
calculate the risks properly and then move on in a proper manner.

As I have a medium risk bearing capability, I aspire to become a manager in a future
life. I will be using this quality in every aspect. I will be calculating the risks in the right manner
and then take up the decisions. I will have to work over it so that I can develop the level of my
self confidence. Unless I develop my confidence level I will not be able to take decisions
properly. This will be very helpful for me. I also use the creative tendency in my aspiration of
becoming a manager. As a manager, I will have to use all the different resources and make sure
that I am providing my employees with the various kinds of creative ideas. The locus of control
is another important criterion that I have to maintain properly. In order to become an ideal
manager I have to make sure that I am keeping a control over my thoughts and ideas. As I have a
medium score here, I have to make sure that I am being capable of making myself self dependent
and self confident.
