Method
Methods are of two types qualitative as well as quantitative through which researcher can
gather more reliable data or information. Qualitative information can be gather through
interview, observations, etc. as well as it include data which are theoretical in nature. on the other
hand quantitative method include information which are numerical as well as strategic in nature
and it can be gather through questionnaire. In respect of respective protocol project manager
adopt both qualitative and quantitative methods for gaining appropriate outcome.
Data collection
There are two methods through which a project manager can gather information and data
according to the topic i.e. secondary (Leichsenring and Klein, 2020). Data collected through
secondary method are more reliable because it is gathered first handed whereas data collected
from secondary method are gathering from existing documents, articles and so on. In respect of
respective protocol, project manager is adopting secondary method because help in gathering
more reliable and authenticate information related to topic.
Outline of study ( Design and Analysis)
It is considered as method which can be adopted by a researcher in order to gather as well
as analyze data or information in effective manner (Van and Kool, 2020). Through this method,
researcher able to gain appropriate and reliable outcome. In respect of respective protocol project
manager is designing questionnaire methods for the analyzing outcome.
Data Management
It is considered as method through which data can be store, preserve and share in the
effective manner according to usage of research. The data management will help in saving time
as well as resources in the long run. In respect of respective protocol, by conducting effective
data management project manager able to save their time as well as it also help in gaining proper
outcome for the topic.

Data Analysis
It is considered as method through which a project manager can analyze the data which
they gather from different respondents related to the topic. In respect of respective research,
project manager used random sampling for the data analysis as that will help in conducting
evaluations in effective manner for attaining desire outcome.
Data Validity
It refers to the process which helps in checking accuracy as well as quality of source data
before importing, using and processing data (Wormgoor and et. al., 2020). Through this
respective protocol project manager able to determine whether their activities are conducted
properly or effectively.
Gantt chart
It is developed by Henry Gantt in between 1910 – 1915. It is considered as bar chart
which illustrate about the project schedule according to which researcher and their team can
conduct work in effective manner. It will also help project manager in estimating which task
required how much time for accomplishment in proper way.

Size of simple for explaining the accomplishment of research includes various status and
techniques used by psychotherapist for providing treatment to the patients in effective manner.
There are different types of sampling techniques used by the researcher for conducting the
researches. This includes simple random sampling, systematic sampling, stratified sampling,
cluster sampling. there are other non probability sampling methods like convenience sampling,
quota sampling, judgement sampling and snowball sampling. Simple random sampling method
consist of taking chance and selecting each member of the population and providing them equal
chance for probability. Systematic sampling ok is done by selecting the individual at regular
intervals from the sampling frame. There is a interval chosen for ensuring that adequate sample
size is needed for completing the size of population. Stratified sampling is another method of
sampling in which the population is divided into sub groups and they share a similar
characteristic. this is used when the investigator is expecting the measurement of interest and
varying it between different subgroups. In context of cluster sampling, there are various
subgroups of the population which are used as unit of sampling and not as individuals. This
consists of dividing the subgroups into clusters and randomly selecting them for the study.
