NATIONAL AND LOCAL POLICY CONTEXT
Here, it has been found that in NSW people under the age of 18 are not allowed to buy
alcohol unless they are accompanied by guardian. There are some places where,
alcohol cannot be consumed. European alcohol action plan had been developed or
launched with the main aim of preventing teenagers and adults against negative impacts
of harm of excessive consumption of alcohol
Other than this, as per the national policy developed by WHO, person who is already
drunk is not allowed to sell alcohol and it is illegal. If someone is found by doing such
illegal things then strict actions are being taken against them.
