Introduction
The report is based on a case study provided in the Research Study. The topic of the report is
the improvement in public health informatics. The report moves around the communication
plan provided in the research study and all the drawbacks and explanation about the plan is
discussed properly. Moving further in the report, recommendations are also given about the
additions of the attributes in the communication plan. The case scenario that is being
discussed in the research study discusses the various community services programs that are
totally related to the health issues and is defined according to the County health department
also abbreviated as CHD (Bisogno et al., 2016). The CHD mainly contains all the data that
effectively being used in order to track the data and the information related to the assigned
work. The whole database given is considered as a sole system and while creating the
database the entire database gets linked with the CHD.

Current Communication Plan
In order to engage the various Stakeholders mentioned in the given plan, a collaborative
process is followed by the team properly (Waheed, Z., 2016). With the help of the given
process, various internal, as well as the external stakeholders, easily understand the
information being passed along with the working related to it. The development of the
Communication plan helps in improving communication among the various stakeholders and
mainly helps in eliminating the communication breakdown. It also ensures the existence of
the appropriate correspondence among the present stakeholders in the organization. The
provided communication plan covers a lot of points but do not provides the 100% satisfactory
result. Various key stakeholders are mentioned in the plan and are compared on the basis of
different attributes provided. Communication methods are being used as one of the attributes
for the comparison, also the description for the mentioned communications is the other key
attribute provided for the comparison and at last the timing issues are also mentioned in the
current communication plan.

The Communication Plan is provided in the Research study is not up to the mark. There are a
lot of keywords that are needed to be added in the Plan so that the work could be done
effectively and efficiently, the things or the considerations that were important and needed to
be covered at the initial stage are missing in the given Communication Plan (Badewi, A.,
2016). The work has to be managed monthly or any of the provided interval of time so that
the evaluation can be done easily and regularly. This keyword must be added in the
communication plan so that if any of the issues gets occurred then it can be resolved at
regular intervals, it would benefit in a way that a large scale evaluation would not be
required. Also, the video-calling could be the other medium of communication, which would
help the stakeholders to communicate with the CEO and other high post-in-charges.

Evaluation/Justification
The given Communication plan does not provide the proper way to communicate among the
stakeholders and also doesn’t give the proper plan to make the work effective as well as
efficient (Hornstein, H.A., 2015). A few of the additional attributes are added into the given
Communication plan in the order it makes it more effective. The addition of the formats used
for the communication attribute helps in determining the proper planning to be made by the
appropriate stakeholder at regular interval of time. The other attribute that is added in the
Communication plan is the checking of the status of the project at particular intervals
(Voinov et al., 2016). At each of the interval of time, the Status of the project must be seen or
evaluated so that at last when the entire project gets created, then such issues would not be
combined to form a large problem.

Conclusion
The above-made report contains the complete explanation of the communication plan; the
drawbacks are also being discussed in the report of the given plan. The proper additions in
the plan are made so that the project can be made effective as well as efficient. The report
explains the additional attributes properly in order to get the work related to the project
properly.
