Introduction
The assessment contains a case scenario in which a detailed research study is required. The case
scenario is based on Improving Public Health Informatics. The given report contains the
communication plan that is provided as well as drawbacks as well as a detailed discussion on the
plan that needs to be discussed properly. Various recommendations are provided in the report that
discusses the addition of different attributes in the communication plan. The report also contains a
detailed discussion on the research study that thoroughly discusses the community services

Current Communication Plan
For engaging different stakeholders that are mentioned in the plan that is provided, a proper process

many stakeholders and provides help in removing the breakdown of the communication. It helps in

Communication Plan versus Project Management Practice
The plan of the communication that is provided in the research study is not really satisfactory.
There are many keywords which need to be adding in the provided plan so as to perform the work
more efficiently. The thing which are essential and which need to cover in the prior stages are not
there in the communication plan [1]. Work that needs to be done should be managed in a particular
interval of time so that project evaluation became easy and can be done on regular basis. The
keywords need to be added in the plan of the communication so that any issue that hinders the
understanding of the work can be resolved on time and keywords provide help to resolve them. This

Evaluation/Justification
The communication plan that was already provided was not as effective so a new communication
plan is created in which there more attributes that are being added so as to make the communication
more effective and make the communication easier among all the stakeholders of the project [3].
The formats that are added for the communication attribute that help in determining the planning
that is appropriate and is made by the stakeholder in some particular interval of time. The attribute
of checking the status of the project is also added for the communication plan so that proper
tracking can be done [4]. For every interval, there is proper tracking of the status so that the project
gets completed on time.

Conclusion
The report consists of the communication plan that is required so that all the stakeholders of the
project can communicate with each other. Various drawbacks are discussed and various changes are
done in the given communication plan so that it can work properly. Some additional attributes are
also discussed in the report.
