There are many keywords which need to be adding in the provided plan so as to perform the work
more efficiently. The thing which are essential and which need to cover in the prior stages are not

The communication plan that was already provided was not as effective so a new communication
plan is created in which there more attributes that are being added so as to make the communication
more effective and make the communication easier among all the stakeholders of the project [3].

that is appropriate and is made by the stakeholder in some particular interval of time. The attribute
of checking the status of the project is also added for the communication plan so that proper
