INTRODUCTION
Public health issues have the universal level of access to the health care in terms of looking the
continuing the important issues as the universal success to the health care as public safety to light
the communicable diseases and food safety (Child Health profile in New ham. 2019). In this
report there will be clear discussion of the obesity as the health issues in the society. This report
will have the application of model in health educations along with understanding of facilitators
and barriers in the implementation aspects on order to have the overcoming of the issues in
perfect manner.

Overview of health issues
Health behaviours have the inclusion of healthy diet pattern along with regulars’ physical
activities. Energy balances is the important aspects as playing the role in preventing the excess
weight gains. Obesity is the medical condition in which there is high amount of the body fat have
increases in chance of developing the medical problems (Pozza and Isidori, 2018). As this have
the higher chances in developing the related to various health problems. As per the research, it
has been stated as there more than 70% of the adults are over weights in which more than 80
billion of the adults and considered to be obese. In adult obesity are linked to have the risk of the
heart disease, type 2 diabetes (high blood sugar), high blood pressure, certain cancers, and other
chronic conditions.
The problem of the obesity has clear level of occurrences due to increase in the consuming more
level of calories as the excessive food is coveted into the fats which lead to be the major reason
for obesity in permanent manner (Child Obesity Rates in Newham, Alex Shaw. 2018). Obesity is
having the cause due to the several reason as the factor are such as the age, sex, gender or he
environments which cab be relatively responsible for an individual’s getting effected dur to
obesity.
As per the public health experts the issue of the obesity has reached the epidemic preparations
around the worlds by having the combination of the inherited factors with the environment and
personal diet and exercise choices.
As per the statistic have been stated, there is the prevalence of their 35.7% obesity among the
young adults who are ages between the 20 to 39 years, 42.8 % of their middle aged adults who
are age between the 40 to 59 years, and 41.0% among older adults aged 60 and older.

The calculation of the BMI will be helpful in providing the population measure level of over
weights for the people of all ages and sexes which is considered to be the rough guide
correspond to the same degree of fatness in different individuals (Friedrich, 2017).
Health model
Health education have been considered as the important aspects which sheds the clear nature
and relations to have the strength of correlations between the education and obesity. The health
education have the impacts over the differ areas of wellness withing the respective community as
to have the proper level of awareness of the obesity’s and its respective prevention in perfect
manner.
To have the reduction in the serious implication of obesity impacts will have the implementation
of the health belief model. This is model works as the framework for motivating the people in
order to take the positive steps or action the desire to avoid a negative health consequence as the
prime motivation (Zobel and et.al., 2016). Hence this model is also called as psychological
health behaviour change model developed to have explanation and prediction health-related
behaviours, particularly in regard to the uptake of health services.
As per the implication of the belief model can be helpful in providing the significant treatment
for archiving the healthy weights in order to maintains the healthy body in perfect manner.

professionals have the serious attempt to make the individuals have clear feeling in ter of

This have clear linkage of the various stages of changes as the situation when the person have

which can help in the preventing the individuals form cardiovascular disease by promoting a
healthy diet and hydration. Brief intervention can introduce people to a new concept in a short
time and has been proven to be effective.
On the other hand, there can be facing of the various challenges in term of implication of heath
belief model as brief intervention is considered to be successful in new concept of propel in
