INTRODUCTION
Systematic and structured planning and implementation of project in public health is important in
designing and delivering projects, as it effectively promotes appropriate framework and
communication and collaboration between individuals and other stakeholders (Agboka, 2021). It
play important role in evaluating each and every aspects to assure needs, objectives, goals,
planning activities and helps in measuring outcomes. Present report involves different aspects for
effectively delivering and designing healthcare program/project.
MAIN BODY
Use of planning and implementation models such as the Precede-Proceed model. For example,
there are lots of different planning models.
Planning model assist an organisation to take advantage of strategies and develop a plan in order
to implement the same, as to make improvement in operations to successfully accomplish goals
planning and implementing model. It offers a guide for action towards desired outcomes and
helps in improving resource utilisation (Gillam and Cosford, 2021). Precede-Proceed model is
mainly a comprehensive structure to access health needs for designing implementing and proper
evaluation of health as well as other form of public health programs PRECEDE mainly stands
for predisposing, reinforcing and enabling constructs in educational evaluation and diagnosis.
While, PROCEED is a structure for implementation and evaluation of health programs. For
example with the help of this method promotion of child and family, nutrition and smoking
cessation program such as quit activities can be undertaken. With the help of this model
increasing in community ownership of program can be done in effective manner. PRECEDE,
involve some factors such as social assessment, epidemiological assessment, ecological
assessment and implementation. In this social assessment involved valuation of social needs and
problems of given population and further evaluate desirable results (Kaupa and Naude, 2021).
While on the other PROCEED involve identification of desired program and outcome
implementation. It involves aspects such as implementation, process evaluation, impact

evaluation and outcome evaluation. In this implementation stage include designing of
intervention and accessing resource availability along with implement programme.

Stakeholder’s plays most important role as they only helps in undertaking effective
decision making process but also help in designing and delivering of programs. It has been
identified that there are different type of stakeholders involved in a public health care program
through which proper designing and delivering of projection program can be assured.
Commissioners:
Commissioners mainly involve in designing the services that are needed for diverse local
population and ensure that all of these are provided to them in effectively manner. Commissioner
have significant role in assessing means planning and prioritising while monitoring and
purchasing Health Services (Ręba, 2021). They offer money and time in a project through which
proper designing and delivering of programs or project get assured.
Funders:
Funders have the role in which they help in implementing health care program for
project. Funders receive grant application and then evaluate them and offer funds accordingly.
Funding is a most important factor for any project or program. Some of the key funders in
Healthcare program or project include United Kingdom Medical Research Council those who
brings money through which all the activities can be done in a well define and effective manner.
Partners in delivery:
These are those beneficiaries are those stakeholders who will deliver some benefits from the
implementation of program or project (Singh and Ohri, 2021). In terms with health care program
or project the participation level of local people or individual is considered as beneficiaries for
community healthcare project they are the one who will receive benefits.
Beneficiaries:
The stakeholders group involve staff members as they are responsible to deliver project
in specified time and quality. It has been identified that these stakeholders offer expertise in
order to effectively design and deliver projects and programs.

Quality play most important role in offering satisfaction to consumers and others individual
associated to the product service or project. It not only helps in retaining loyalty but also helps in
contributing long-term profitability and revenue. The main purpose of Donabedian quality model
is to access and compare quality of healthcare organisations. According to this model there are
three elements for evaluating health care quality that are structure outcome and process. While
on the other hand Maxwell quality model mainly involved six dimensions that are effectiveness,
accessibility, efficiency, equity, access and relevance (Taylor, Cairns and Glass, 2021). This
model mainly facilitate establishment of concise standards. With the help of this model
population as well as patient care account can be duly taken.
What is commissioning and the value of communication (e.g. marketing) in delivering
programmes
Commissioning is defined as a process in which planning, documenting, scheduling,
adjusting, testing, training is included in order to offer facility that duly operates a fully
functional system according to project requirement. Communication play most important role in
offering timely as a less relevant information. With the help of commissioning and
communication process related to marketing can be undertaken in delivering programs in
effective manner.

accomplishment and success of a project. There are number of factors that lead to successful

team working which is competition, cooperation and collaboration. This aspect effectively helps
in accomplishment of health programme and project in effective manner.
CONCLUSION
According to the above mentioned report it has been concluded that planning play essential
role in offering successful project or program. There are different type of planning models that
helps in supporting and designing along with their living of healthcare promotion projects in a
well defined and effective manner. Proper implementation of these rules will help in conducting
proper plan and set goals through which successful outcomes can be assured.
