Previous experience has shown that the highest quality of air, water, food, and many other
natural resources are effective for a good healthy life. Yet now it is found that the people are
separated from nature for scientific study. For the various age groups of infants, teenagers and
the elderly, interaction with nature is very important because it influences their physical
health, mental health, social health spiritual, and well-being. Urbanization was one of the
reasons people became detached from nature and had issues such as anxiety, depression,
social stability, physical activity. There are several parks in the Australian background where
people of different age groups can go and spend more time that improves well-being. In this,
the researcher has selected 1 participant for conducting their study effectively and getting
higher competitive advantages. In this, it is illustrated that probability sampling tool could
permit to the researcher for selecting suitable candidates and meeting aim of the study. the
researcher has selected candidates by considering online sources.
