provider support in promoting the healthcare
issues among the UK population. Tackling
obesity is one of the greatest health challenges
in England, Health promotion measures the

National and Local Policy
 The government policy for the obesity is
better health campaign which targets the
overweight and obesity. Obesity is associated
with many problems and increases the risk
factor of other diseases such as type2
diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and it is
also causes negative impact on mental health

Stakeholders
 Stakeholder are responsible for the leading the
policies and planning among the population.
There are many stakeholders which includes
community groups, public sector organization
and public health agencies that may focused on
the public health issues.

Resources
 Assessment mainly focused on the designing and
implementation of the various policies and
programme which contributes to delivery the
right information to the public. Staff members and
are involved in assessing the patient about their
obesity problem and their risk factors.

Design and Delivery of the Project
 A planned programme for the obesity is designed
in a framework for the providing the best
interventions and prevention for the UK
population. Evaluation data is gathered for
improving the health issues and reducing the
obesity rate.

Critical Analysis of the planning and Implementation in

and strategies which can helps people to overcome with
their diseases. The advantages of government policies in
implementing and spreading the awareness includes the

Recommendation
 It is recommended that, the desiring and delivery of
the healthcare services should have to improve the
health facilities system. By increasing the numbers
of bed and provided the education training to the
healthcare workers that improves their skills.

CONCLUSION
 From the above discussion, it is concluded that public
health issues are maintained by the various health
programmes. UK government implements the policies for
reducing the obesity among the population. NHS spent
approx 6.1 billion on implementing the programme and
policies for improving the health issues.
