Introduction
Public health is a sensitive subject matter which is a prime concern of the government to
maintain in the country. Chronic and viral diseases are the subject which has to be restricted by
the government. This report will discuss the different roles played by the world health
organisation under the department of health or public health as well as identifying the different
level of health and diseases. In this assessment has to provide the statistical data of HIV and
diabetes of UK peoples and it is discussed about the epidemiology of HIV and diseases in the
UK. In this report has to more discussion the hazardous diseases which are effects by the
environment as well as implementing the new strategies which are useful to the patients and the
UK peoples.

with a partnership where it is needed to joint cases which are related to health issues.
 The main and important agenda of the World health organisation is research on shaping,
translation and generation.
 It helps in the implementation of their norms as well as promoting their standard of work.
 It is monitoring the situation of the health situation and health trend (Douglas, 2016).
Local authorities are that authority of health that provides an overview of health for each and
every local authority in England. It is the responsibility of providing the services which are
related to public health and improving the health of the general public.
 It helps those patients who are under age as well as local peoples.
 It is requiring authorities for delegation of authorities for local people.
 It providing the health check-up for eligible local people according to their age and health
status.
 It providing the information to their local people and older peoples which is related to
dementia diseases.

developed in different type so patients. It provides information form epidemiological which is
used to make a plan for identifying the diseases in a patient. It provides a guiding to their
management for how to dealing with those diseases. It helps to analysis the different pattern and
distribution for identifying the effects of diseases in a different group of people as well as in the
environment (Shelby, 2016).
Illustrate the HIV in the UK which provides an opportunity to their people and patient for the
joint United Nations Programme on HIV/aids in the UK. According to the data of 2016, most

solution how they control the diseases. The process of surveillance analyses the surrounding
areas as well as identifying the effects of diseases and upcoming diseases.
Screening: - It is the different methods to analysing and identifying the diseases as well as
providing different ways to control the diseases. It is providing the medical test for analysing the
diseases and its process helps to identify the diseases without observing the symptoms. It is the
first and foremost step to identifying the diseases which help to understand the diseases and
make a plan for how it can be treated from these diseases. It is done by two effective ways which
are universal and another way. In a universal way, they analysing and identifying the about these
diseases and where it arises as well as analysing from the population. Another effective way is to
find individual diseases.
Immunisations: - It is the best techniques to find out the immune from individuals. It is the
important methods to find out the diseases prevention in individuals.

HIV. It is the first and foremost an important step to identifying that disease and move on
towards the solution of that disease as well as how to control the diseases (Singh, 2017).
HIV is the biggest diseases which can directly affect the environment and population of the
world. It is mostly found in the UK as well as according to the survey of UK in 2016 they were
analysed that diabetes is more increasing every year and according to the comparison it will
found in men and women both and 70% are men suffering from diabetes and 30% are women
suffering from diabetes in the UK. There is the prevention of diseases which is dividing into such
steps is the following:
Primary prevention: - It is the first and important step of health and social care services which
helps to identify and analyse the diseases by measuring the population of UK as well as
evaluating the diseases and those effects and causes with a direct effect on the environment and it
can easily spread. The primary prevention of health and social care services can identify and

their work culture. What is the main reason for illness and it can directly affect the individual's
health? There are many health issues which arise from alcohol and inject the drugs which are
direct effects the individuals which make reason of illness of individuals (Li, 2017).
In the UK there people are suffering from many diseases and there are main problems of diseases
that they inject the more drugs and more drinking alcohols. This affects their life and dissolves
their life too. It is the biggest problem of UK and it dissolves the lifestyles of UK peoples as well
as it can directly affect the population of the UK.
Obesity: - Health and social care services provide the reason for obesity in the UK people it
provides the negative effects of obesity on the health of individuals. It comes from the changes in
diet and exercise. Health and social care services provide information about the UK people they
being obese by their food habits. There are mainly two reasons for increasing the number of
people by obesity in the UK;
Poor diet: - Health and social care services provide information about the UK peoples they are
not aware of health food. They are easily diverted towards the fast food, alcohols and drugs. It
can obese their health as well as increasing the calories in the individual health of UK peoples.
Lack of exercise and physical activities: - In the UK they are no more exits towards the

culture. It can affect their health and they make suffer from illness and other issues in future.
