Sexual service is considered as one of the world 's oldest profession. It occurs in different
forms (Jones.and et.al., 2016). Brothers are known as the establishment particularly dedicated to
the Sexual Service. An act of sexual service(escort service) may takes place at clients room or
hotel room. Another form is considered as the Street prostitution. Majority of sex workers are
females with males clients, Gay male prostitutes ,heterosexual as well as lesbian prostitutes.
Present Report focuses on the Sexual services can be buy or not and in that certain key issues
such as Person can able to sells their won body or not (regarding to human rights), second one is
sex work is considered as a crime or not and third key issues is that sex worker's children faces
the discrimination at school, abuse and also feel isolated.
Sexual service is considered as the practice of involving in sexual relations within the
exchange for payment Sometimes also known as commercial sex. An individual who works in
this field called as Prostitute (Osborne, Radnor. and Strokosch,2016). Prostitution legal status
can be change from country to country an implemented crime to a regulated profession. The aim
of reducing or eliminate the sexual services can reduce the sexual violence. This issue is
considered as the diverse issue with debates about various methods to reduce sexual services but
this paper highlights on whether people have right to sell their own body for commercial gain is
legal or no(Human Rights) , Sex workers socially exclude or not,
1. An individual has right to sell their own body for commercial benefits
First and foremost is that it is legal in countries like England and Wales. Here many
activities are associated with the selling of sex for example Soliciting and brothel keeping.
Countries like New South Wales some activities such as unless people can manage Brothel so
this consider as illegal as living on their earning is illegal (Harding, 2018). As sex workers right
consider as Human Rights all over the world they face an increase amount of abuse,
beating ,Harassment and rape. Sometimes they are denied to access basic day to day activities
such as Health and Housing facilities. Various international firms believes that those who can

abuse sex workers should be criminalised. In various countries two sex workers work together
for safest is also known as brothel. The question arises here that often Men and Women who live
within the outskirts who are forces into sex work or it is the only way of their survive
(Tubex .and et.al., 2015). As due to lack of education and opportunities many sex workers
unaware of their rights and as an outcome Human Rights are breached and they even don't
realised about that. Sometimes their own wish leads them to this market as poverty leads them to
forced into this profession.
2.Sex Work would be a Crime or Not
Criminalisation of sex worker could be consider as the Compromises the health as well as
safety of the sex workers. Criminalizing involves everything from sales as well as purchase of
sexual workers as it makes tougher for sex workers to negotiate Terms with work together,
clients and also with other sex workers to carry out condom as they have fear as it will be used as
evidence of prostitution. Criminalization makes tougher for the sex workers to report right
violations through the police. Since Sex workers are vulnerable to abuse, retribution, incarnation
as it endangers sex workers health and safety issues (Allotey. and Reidpath, 2018).
3. Sex Worker's children face discrimination ,abuse within school and become isolated.
Children of sex workers are always faced a fear of abuse. They always face fear of
joining the same profession as their parents. Most of the case Children of sex workers are not
interacted with outsiders or from the people who belongs from other communities. According to
the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights(NCPR) Children of the sex workers
need good quality education. They require residential facilities otherwise they also become the
part of their Parent's profession (Allotey. and Reidpath, 2018).
Key Stakeholders
Key stakeholders involved are sex workers who buy or sell sexual services, protection
service people who try to minimize these services, police who try to work on reducing these kind
of services and also try to reduce violation of any kind of roles or regulations.
From the above study it had been concluded that Sex workers could face many problems
such as Harassment, discrimination, abusing and so on. Some country has made it legal to work
in such field but in contrast to it some countries still consider is be illegal so these workers has to
go through many problems. Furthermore, this study it is analyses that proper choose Prostitution
as their profession due lack, money, opportunities. Education and at last it concluded that
