This article was well organized on basis of different methods and theories about the
change management. It used theories for explaining organizational change management system.
Sustainability is a part of an organization in their development strategy. There are different
processes to manage the organization, such as Sustainability Report (SR). Sustainability report is
beneficial for the organization. This article is having introduction about the change management
and sustainability report. It explained about methods for handling the different processes in the
organization. It used theories for explaining the concept of change management (Domingues,
Lozano, Ceulemans, & Ramos, 2017).
All sections are well developed and it explained about change management, which is
helpful for the organizational change management system. In this paper, it is explaining about
the transparency of the organization, which is helpful for the identification of the barriers of
organization growth. Author puts so many efforts for explaining about the change management
and sustainability reports of the Public Sector Organizations (PSO). Authors are uses very good
papers and analysis data to explaining about the SR. this paper is explaining about the barriers in
the organization and uses of the sustainability report for making system more transparent.
Author is explaining about the barriers and how the barriers are removed from the
system. Public sector is having less transparency in their system. So there is so many things to
avoid, but changes in the e-commerce is so difficult to manage the all the working processes.
Author is explaining about the change management and the advantages of the change
management in the public sector organizations. There are few things in the public sector, which
are not helpful for the public welfare and it based on the theories of the change management
(GRATTON, 2017).
Given theories were connected with the data and it requires few more changes for making
more understandable for the viewers. This paper is easy to understand, as it is having the
examples and theories for the explaining the change management. I am convicted by the author
results but it is not based on the proper data, so it is required more data from surveys. It will
helpful for the making system more transparent (Hornstein, 2015).
Digital technology is having a huge role for the changes in the public sectors. It reduces
barriers in the progress of the public sectors. There are so many devices and sensors, which are
helpful for collection of the data for understanding the working process barriers. It is also
beneficial for the organizations and the processes of the organizations (Lozano, Nummert, &
Ceulemans, 2016).
This paper is having few data to understand the change management. It is having less
data and no proper result of the change management. I have few questions on basis of this paper,
which are:
