INTRODUCTION
In this assignment, the public services in contemporary society are given. Public service is
defined as those types of services which are basically funded by taxation. The public services are
provided by the government of the nation to their people who are living there (Adeoye, and
Islam, 2019). This is basically associated with fundamental human rights. With the specific need
and wants, the services are helping each other. Some of the public goods are characteristics by
the public services. But most of the time many services are underprovided by the market
(Adeoye, and Islam, 2019). Many of the time the public services are that type of services that
will not involve the manufacturing of goods. Sometimes they are provided by the local and
national monopolies, mainly in those sectors which are a natural monopoly (Adeoye, and Islam,
2019).
Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs is one of the non-ministerial departments of the UK
Government. They are mainly responsible for collecting all the taxes, some payment related with
the form of state support and some of the administration of the different regulations that will

The main strategies of the public services are to make a segments customer by their type size and
the tailor of the customer services which are basically based on the behaviour capabilities and the
level of risk (Craig, 2018). They are trying to promote some of the compliances as soon as
possible in individual customer relations. They also try to reduce some of the disputes in the
organization with the help of many different types of strategy.
On the other hand, they will also help them to get there affairs right.in the UK tax system they
support the customer core purpose by collecting and processes of the data this is collected by the

2019).

managers of the company give proper training to their employee on a regular basis. Due to this,
