Rationale
The present research topic is rational as it is conducted on the evolving role of public
services in supporting vulnerable groups within the society. In this discussion on the media
representation around Syrian refugees as well as that experience on migration into the United
Kingdom is being analysed. Research evaluates the role of public service and the United
Kingdom government in supporting Syrian refugees along with the challenges that have faced by
them. With the help of this research public services institutions and other local and national
NGOs can undertake strategies through which they can provide proper support to Syrian
refugees in different ways. In addition to this present research is also rational as it helps in
developing the knowledge and understanding of the researcher to understand the concept of
vulnerable groups and the experience faced by the research on migration into the United
Kingdom. This will facilitate researcher to conduct same search on the topic in future in effective
manner.

Concept of vulnerable groups in context with society

has been analysed that vulnerable population is inclusive of those individuals who are

Role of public services in supporting Syrian Refugees within society

been identified in this research that has been faced by Syrian refugees in the migration into the
UK. Some of these challenges that has been identified are inclusive of long waiting days for
