Answer to question 1:
Now-a-days it has become very important to improve the communication, management
and leadership skill because it shows how much command a person has in their life. Q Consult is
a well-known company which provides high-quality internship program for students from
different Universities. These internship includes different activities which provides a real-life
business challenge and students have to introduce their innovative ideas for solving those
situation with smartness, all these activities improves the management and leadership skills
(Khalil 2015). Communicating and collaborating with the project partner improves
communication skills because while solving the issue it is important to maintain a proper
communication and proper coordination is also important. This is the main reason which has
motivated me to apply for Q Consult Summer training program. Another big reason for applying
to their training program is that the certificate provided by them after the completion of training
program will add more weight or value to the Curriculum Vitae and it will help to crack any
interview. Improvement of leadership and management skill will help me further to confidently
attend any interview. In the career field it is also helpful in managing own startup idea which I
have actually planned for.

Answer to question 2:
Training can improve the employability skill of every person. After getting accepted in
the Q Consult training program, I was sure that I would gain more communication skill and
become more confident about myself. The certificate provided by Q Consultants after the
completion of program will be very beneficial to update the resume (Jackling and Natoli 2015).
For the employability skill these professionals provides intensive training which would include
case studies of real-life organizational situations and here I would gain the experience of how to
handle organizational pressure. Being proactive and smart enough is the key skill to learn from
these training and this would enhance my confidence over my subject. Skills needs to be brushed
up timely to be able of apply them in job life. This program would help me become more
employable because training from Q Consultants is trusted by many organizations and they
prefer candidates who have gained training from there. Apart from that I would be more
competitive and smarter than other candidates while appearing for any interview. These skills
would be also helpful in organizing a start-up and be able to run that smoothly. Q Consultants
training is needed for improving skills.

4Internship Program
Answer to question 3:
There are many skills which I feel I am confident about and three of them which I can
bring in Q Consult while working on any project or case study related to real-life organizational
situation are following:
 Technical skill – in our University I have use my technical skills to develop project
assignment in my semesters and scored well. I can apply those skills and teach my
teammates also as how to solve any organizational issues using various techniques to
achieve organizational goals and plan for some strategies as well for the betterment of the
organization in future (Corporate Finance Institute 2020).
 Interpersonal skill – I have read in a magazine that it is very necessary to improve
interpersonal skill while working in an organization. I can bring this skill in solving the
case studies. Interaction is the best way to understand more about the teammates and in
which subject they are more confident about.
 Delegation – this is a very important skill which everyone should have while working in
a team. I can apply this skill and also help my teammates to know more about this skill.
More delegation means more dedication and responsibility towards the job which will
help to solve issues more quickly (How 2 Become 2020).
