INTRODUCTION
Project management can be describe as set of activities that is helpful in managing a
successful project (Braglia and Frosolini, 2014). It is a process as well as method that is required
for accomplish desired goals and objectives. Project management includes various deliverables
that consist of budget as well as timescales practices that is required for managing project. It is
essential that project manager have required skill or capabilities that is helpful in managing
various activities of project. This report includes QA higher education. This university is
conducting a project in which it is improving the space for business students. In this project
manager needs redevelop as well as refurbishment in London campus area. This university is
different arrangement in order to make better teaching space for business students. This report
includes various activities conducted by QAHE in order to manage various activities of project.
It consist of project initiation document that is helpful in conducting project activities in effective
and efficient manner. Various activities of work breakdown structure is also identified. In this
risk management plan is developed for conducting task and activities in effective manner. Apart
from this PRINCE 2 model and Waterfall methodologies is analysed for managing different
activities of project.

Project initial document can be describe as a scope of project, management as well as
overall success criteria that is required for conducting activities of project management in
effective manner (Bucero and Englund, 2015). This is considered as one of the essential
document that is required for project management as this is the foundation of a project. QA
higher education university is conducting a project in order to enhance the space for its business

stating as well as managing activities of project in effective and efficient manner. These
documents ensure that project manager will be able to successful run as well as complete project

manager have to conduct its project activities without disruption in the teaching time. Approaches – There are various approaches that is required by project manager in order
to conduct project activities in effective and efficient manner. These approaches will
support project manager to identify as well as analyse various ways that will help in
performing task and activities in appropriate way. In successful completion of project,
manager needs to analyse several ways through which seating arrangement can be
retracted as well as acoustic panel on the wall. This will help in supporting as well as
enhancing space of teaching. Through this project management team can conduct task
and activities in effective manner. Key staff – Key staff that is helpful in managing the activities of project in better way as
