and the students can get a better learning environment as well as access to the technology to hold
the study plus teaching. The project stakeholders are identified in the project so that main project
related problems are discussed with each other and solutions are provided. The stakeholder
analysis is done in this case to identify interest of each internal as well as external project
stakeholders to manage the event plan throughout scheduled project timeframe. Before
completion of the development work, the plan manager is compulsory to identify the project
related risks along with the mitigate them.
