Abstract
PID is the part of the programme working capability in which involves refurbishment work of
the building. In this project protocol analysed about the refurbishment programme for the
classroom and labs of the computers for the London, Birmingham, and Manchester students
without affecting any learning environment. The university introduces the major lunch
occasion project success. With the help of the budget, the parameter justifies the student’s
activity and celebrates this occasion. The prince2 methodology is the path function with the

Introduction
In this report analysis, the refurbishment works for the student classrooms and labs of the
computer without any disturbance of the student teaching protocol. The department of
university organizes a major lunch programme for taking the positive feedback from the
student’s side. In the entire report behalf of project manager analysis the activity scheduled
of this occasion which is occupied in the week of September. During this occasion budget
protocol should be fixing and every event activity should be done within the budget premises.
The methodology of PRINCE 2 is an analysis of the risk factor in the event and helps of
quality attributes increase the project protocol function for student satisfaction. With the help
of the WBS structure and risk assessment analysis the activity of the project. Strong
leadership create a path function with the help of them gain the goal of the association.

Occasion Objectives Celebrate the occasion in a proper manner, Increase the market
area of the university, create a path function with the help of
them university students should be attracting and provide the

Planning for the building refurbishment programme, Organize
the different type of activity which attracts the student for
providing the proper support. Identify the public address issue
like vehicle parking, manage the food or catering programme

people which is attending the event.
Risk Assessment For the refurbishment, programme application identifies the
building condition. Justify all the access point of the building
like fire, plumbing and water system. During the programme of
construction manage the safe working condition. For the event
programme protocol balance the communication level for
proper event safety, all the event volunteers, event stakeholder
control all the activity and full-fill their responsibility. The idea
for the refurbishment protocol and event application is the

framework with the use of them increases the communication
