4.1 Need for quality leadership
The leadership qualities such as commitment, good communication skills,
decision making capabilities, accountability, empowerment, innovation and creativity will
be hugely beneficial for this launching event as there are lots of complexities in this
project such as the management of the stakeholders and the different categories of
risks.
4.2 Role of project manager
The role of the project managers will be very much useful for this event as the
available resources have to be utilized in a structured and organized way so that the
project finishes in time and accomplishes all the requirements which are identified in the

types of project management categories it can be said that agile project management
can be used in this launching event this project may require lots of modification as every
parameter cannot be identified before the start of the project such as the adverse
weather conditions, changes in the wages of the stakeholders and the availability of
resources.
4.5 Project management theory
The project management theories can be hugely important for this project as it
will be helping to control the fixed cost of the project and also the time required to
complete each phases of the project (Joslin and Müller 2015). The relationship between
the stakeholders can be also improved with the help of the project management
theories.
5. Conclusion
The paper concludes the approach which has to be followed by the management
of QA Higher Education for the successful conduction of the lunching event which will
be helping the organization to attract the potential students and also provide this
organization as competitive advantage over the other similar educational organizations
in England (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). The role of each of the stakeholder associated
with this project has been described in a tabular format such as the role of the
operational manager of this project which is to identify the performance of the remaining
