Introduction
Project management helps in directing various ways for the development of the organisation; the
management also helps in making new ventures and setting new ways to make success in the
market. In the project management process, various steps and procedures are necessary to follow.
The procedures can include making a budget, planning the timing and understanding the risks of
the project. In the project management, the management is done assigned project manager. In
these report, there will be planning of the project initialised by QA Higher Education (QAHE),
by arranging a major launch event to portray their new changes and refurbishment done in the
teaching rooms and buildings (QA Higher Education, 2019). Project launching is done by the
institution in one of the branches, which will in Manchester campus. There will be an
demonstration of proper budget, risk analysis, work breakdown structure of the major launch
event in Manchester, with aligning of relevant theories to make the project productive and
successful.

1. Project Initiation Document (PID)
The Project Initiation Document will demonstrate the redecoration of the classrooms and
buildings of QA higher education, in creating a healthy and clean environment for the students to
learn and develop gradually in their learning process. Aim of the launch event is to attract more
