REFLECTION
Conducting report in group has helped me in going through variety of new experience and
also gathering variety of the knowledge which was not possessed by me in the past. I am very
much sure that this knowledge and experience which is gather by me will help me in conducting
any such module or project in future in the University or also in my professional career. Also
there were many different type of skill which was developed by me during the project. This
module has helped me in evolving as a reader and the learner. As almost all the thing which is
performed by me in the module was new experience for me in the market. As it was first time I
was working in the group to carry out any task in the organization. Also it was the first time I
was using and applying different approach to carry out variety of the issue which is faced by the
organization in the case study. Carrying out this model in the organization has offered variety of
challenges in front of me to carry out different operation in the organization. At the same time
there were many different things which has helped me in conducting variety of skill very
comfortably in the organization.
Looking at the knowledge which is gathering by me the first understood the process of
conducting project in the organization. In past I was not having that sort of knowledge of doing
same in the organization. Another knowledge which was gather by me was in the market was
that this module has also asked me to apply different model of culture, structure in the
organization. In the initial stage I was not sure that I would able to do the same in the
organization, as I have never done same in past so I was feeling some sort of pressure in the
initial stage as a result was getting it difficult to implement different model in the organization
but after that taking help of different senior and colleague I started gaining different some sort of
confidence to carry out different model in the organization. For implementing Hofstede model of
organizational culture and another one model is used in the project. This model was
implemented by understanding the different aspect of both the model and building good sort of
knowledge about both the model in market. After we have analyzed the case study of the
organization. This two activity of us has helped me in building good sourcing as well as
analysing skill. As this model has asked me to go through variety of source to collect variety of
information related to collection of information of different model, this has eventually build
good sourcing skill of mine in the market. Also this module has then asked me to analysis the
case study of the organization and also analysing different aspect of model in the market. This

has eventually helped me in building analysing skill of mine as well. After analysing the module
and analysing different task has been given to all student involve in the project. After that all the
student involves in the project has performed different activity individually in the organization.
All employee used to communicate with all the other employee with the key outcome or any
issue which is faced by them in the process of carrying out individual task in project. This has
eventually helped me and my colleague in the project to build good sort of communication skill
of mine. As this module has asked me to communicate with my colleague and senior
management in the University to conduct the module in the organization. This has eventually
build good sort of communication skill of mine as this has helped me in building good
confidence of mine in communicating with any other in the organization.
After that in the team we have combined the outcome which has been brought by all the
individual and on the basis of the same has developed good sort of knowledge and aspect about
the different issue which is faced by the organization. After that we all have analysed the current
culture and structure of the company by going through variety of internal report of the company
and also taking case study as a basis to build variety of the information related to the same in the
market. After analysing different situation of the organization module was suggested to the
organization so that different difficulty which is faced by the organization in the market can be
overcome. This is the process through which we are able to use the different model to find out
the solution of the issue which is faced by the organization.
Looking at the thing which went well in the module was sourcing of different data to
apply different theory and module in the organization. Generally in the initial stage there was a
bit of confusion what is the best source through which different data can be collected in the
University but with the help of senior guideline I was able to understand the best source through
which I can collected different information from the market. This has eventually help all of us in
conducting the report and carry out the outcome of the project very efficiently in the market,
Another thing which went well in the module was fixing up of communication with all the
employee in the organization and also scheduling the different task very efficiently in the
market. This has eventually helped all of us in maintain a good sort of clarity in the module. This
has eventually helped us in completing the project on time as we were always ready with the
future happening and also we all were ready with all the action and alternate plan to tackle
variety of the future difficulty which may occur in the project. There were many situations

which also not went that well in the module. One of such situation was to check the outcome of
different phase of project with the teacher or tutor in the University. Reason behind the same is
that teacher has to check hundred of projects in the University. It eventually used to create the
situation in the organization where all teachers used to not get the proper time to schedule the
checking of different project in the organization. This has eventually impacted the efficiency of
the project as we have to wait to go further with the module till we used to not get any approval
from tutor or teacher end. To overcome the same issue in the organization, we decided to take
the appointment of teacher 2 day before to end day so that teacher used to get ample time to
check our project. This used to help us in carry out same project in University. Another thing
which does not that well in the module was to analysis the current situation of the business, as
article and case study used to show the past functioning of company but by taking help from
company’s website, magazines and senior management in the organization team was able to
understand the current situation of company. On the basis of same we are able to implement the
model in an organization.
