Introduction
In this report, the website developed involve the website which was developed so that it can be
used to create beats and melodies. These beats and melodies can go further to create new
categories of music of their own. However, in this report, a sample of music was recorded and
uploaded on the website so that all these effects can be realized. Several samples were uploaded
together so that they can be tested to check whether they produced new effects of music or not.
This website was purposely design so that it can help to generate beats and melodies through
mixed rhythms of different kinds of sounds. (Roever, Fraser and Elder, 2014). When different
sounds are played together, it tends to produce a different sound like it is playing a new music.
The website was designed so that people who like music can get a better place to extract music
of their interest and enjoy cheaply by paying little amount of money. All sorts of music are
recorded and uploaded in this kind of a website.

Definition of acronyms
Let’s start by defining the process of music production by separating it into six basic stages:
Songwriting- this a process where the musician is preparing a music record before they launched
to be made available to the clients
Arranging- it is a process of arranging or editing a song to move together with the voice and the
instruments used during recording of the song.
Tracking- putting tracks or different songs in the same album so that the listeners can be able to
identify which songs fit for him/her
Editing-editing a music is putting all the records together in a flow that will entice the listener to
aggressively listen for the music
Mixing- this is the process of playing different music at a time so that it can really be able to
produce real good beats and melodies. (Lei, Ma and Tan, 2014)
Mastering- mastering is the practice of exercising expertise in the field of music and recordings.
The person who is able to do mixing is said to have mastered in mixing.

WEBSITE REPORT 4
The scope
This projects provides a report of a platform where clients can access all the music of any kind.
The client can just search for the domain URL and register for the music of its choice. The
pricing of each of the music is chosen according to the budget of the client.
Background and objectives
The main objectives why this website was to make it easier for those who like listening to music
to at least have a platform where they can access all the music they may need to listen to.
The goal of this website is to help you understand the process of making music from beginning
to end, so you can create tracks that meet a standard of quality by which we call “good music”,
regardless of style. With each article, I’ll try and give you new ways of thinking about your
approach to making music, which you can apply however you want. What’s important is that you
understand the process and tools at your disposal, so it will be easier to construct a quality track
that delivers your message as intended. (Merkel, 2014)
These are by no means set in stone and are based entirely on how I personally like to think about
the process. The breakdown is meant to be used as a general guideline to help organize the
process in our minds. Many times, we do a few of these at once (e.g. songwriting and arranging,
tracking and editing and mixing, etc.). But on average, these are the general steps taken to
produce a track – consciously or not – and it’s helpful to understand what goes into each stage so
we can execute it properly and get the best results.
How it works
In this website, you can create some awesome tracks with recorded instruments, but you can do
so much more with virtual ones. Implementing them into your music allows you access to all
