“To renovate Manchester based campus of QAHE”
QAHE is looking to refurbish and redevelop campus of business student in Manchester,
sole motive of doing the same is to increase a teaching space available in the campus. Main area
of focus in the same will be to restructure seating facility in the campus.
Approach
Phased Approach is the approach which will be used to find out the outcome of the
project. This approach will divide the work to be done into different phases. All the phases will
fall one after one (Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). Reason for choosing this Approach is
that it helps in overcoming resistance to change very efficiently as different lesson about the
work are learned in the early stage itself. Project manager will be coordinating with facility
management of QAHE after completion of every phase in an organization.
Key Staff
Project Manager: Project manager is the person who has overall responsibility of
carrying out overall project in an organization (Heagney, 2016). They generally overlook the
initiation, planning, designing, monitoring, controlling and closure of different activity in the

project. They used to be in touch with the project sponsor and different manger in the project
and used to make different strategy regarding the project.
Resource Manager: Resource manager is the one who used to look at availability of
resources in the project and make sure that there is optimum utilization of resources in the
project. They used to forecast the future requirement of resources in the project and used to
manage resources accordingly in the project. They also look at the human resources of
organization and on the basis of same used to plan them accordingly.
Team Leader: Team leader is the one who will be leading all the activity of the project
and used to report to the project manager of the project. Team leader in the organization used to
perform variety of different roles in the project i.e. Initiator, Model, Negotiator, Listener,
working member and also used to guide different team member in an organization. They used to
work as a mediator between team member and project manager (Kerzner, 2019).
Project Sponsor: Project sponsor is an individual in an organization, who used to have
overall accountability of project. They generally used to work as a business community and
provides a good hand of support at decision-making groups. They are the one who also used to
provide the monetary supports in the project.

Students High Students are the group who will be having good amount of
interest in the project. Reason behind the same is that main
motive of renovating the campus is to enhance the quality of
student experience. This will eventually help student in
enhancing the quality of learning as well.

of campus. As project manager is the one who has
responsibility to carry out the project. As they used to form
