INTRODUCTION
Project Initiation Document (PID), basically consists of different elements that are
directly linked with scope of the project, success criteria and a plan, which helps a project
manager in meeting different range of desired goals and objectives as well. On the other hand, it
is said that this organisation basically consists of projects, where number of elements like
context, collaboration, team and scope stays enclosed in it (Fewings and Henjewele, 2019). This
lead to offer appropriate foundation for the whole project while including relevant essential
aspects.

management has to work in receptive project by identification of different aspects related to
project. In relation to current project the core concept of project is to develop application in
relation to management of co curriculum activity. This project is initiated to development of
application for student to solve issues.

projects because this is directly related to initiative of this project. This is because there
are number of student who has no interest in curriculum activities and this impact on
project in negative manner.
 Time is also impacting negatively on the progress of project because there is limited time
in this project which is directly related to functioning of project and different aspect of
software development has to be cover by team management in limited time.

analysis there are number of objective and plan including, through utilising the controlling
approach from any risk or damage factor can effectively be done. Including this, execution of
whole event in relation with bringing awareness among students of developed application for
