This report details the project management plan for QAHE's educational event scheduled for September 2019. It begins with a Project Initiation Document (PID) outlining the project's budget (£50,000), timescales (March 4, 2019, to July 1, 2019), objectives (communicating university upgrades and technological reforms), and overall approach (PRINCE2). The report then presents a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with over 20 items, including dependencies and milestones. A stakeholder analysis identifies key stakeholders (sponsors, owner, event manager, employees, investors, students, and teachers) and their interests. The report also includes a Gantt chart demonstrating the timeline and costs associated with various tasks, such as venue selection, event attendance, invitations, RSVP management, event planning, technology setup, and meal planning. The report demonstrates how these project management tools can be used to effectively plan and execute the event, ensuring its success in attracting students, sponsors, and investors, as well as showcasing the university's improvements.
