Introduction
Systems Analysis and Design (SAD) is considered to be a wide word in order to describe the
methods that are used for the creation of good quality Informational Systems that combine the
Informational Technologies, individuals and the information in order to support the requirement
of the market for the business.
The System Analysis and Design techniques are not just constrained to the IT system but they
can also have their usage in creating almost anything that can be a requirement for the
organization. In this document, the dos and don’ts of system analysis are discussed. All the
features of the system such as goals, outcomes, design choices etc. are discussed here.

Goals and Objectives
The main objective of this whole project is to analyse the Library Management System that is
just newly introduced in the QAHE. All the use cases, concepts, activities, interactions, and
sequences are also to be discussed as one of the goals of this project. It would be easier to create
an update for it and that is the major reason behind this whole research over the Library
Management System that is introduced in the QAHE in case of the user having the information
of the past versions of it. (Barjtya, et. al., 2017).
Scope
The basic application of motive behind this research can be considered to be helpful in any
further requirement of updates of the system. If the information about the previous system is
recorded properly, the creation of the latest version of the project would not be difficult or
complex (Yassien, 2018).
Expected Outcomes
The project is expected to provide an organized way of managing the Library of QAHE where
students and the staff member can come and get the study material they want. They would have
an option either to issue a book immediately or to reserve the book for issuing later for a
particular period of time. The students of QAHE are allowed to issue at most 5 books at a time
and reserve maximum 3 books at a time, where on the other hand, the staff members of the
QAHE are allowed to issue 10 books or any study material and can reserve up to 5 items at a
time (Barjtya, et. al., 2017).
Design Choices
The design that has been chosen for the library management system is chosen after heavy
research on the whole sector of the library management. There were various designs that were
considered chosen and then rejected for this whole project and at last the final design was
finalized as it seemed to be the best for the whole scenario of the QAHE library. All the other
designs that were considered were not as much relating as this design was to the whole scenario
of QAHE Library and hence the design was chosen for the Library Management System in this
case (Gajalakshmi, 2016).

Project Complexity
There were many issues and complexities that occurred during the implementation of the Library
Management System such as unsecured data transfer, invalid content, authentication of the staff,
student and the admin, inexperienced admin with a lack of tech savvy. All of these problems
were known at the beginning of the project but as the pre-processing of the project went forward
and the risk analysis took place, the solution to these complexities was figured out. The design of
the project is also made in such a way that it has minimum time as well as space complexities
(Barjtya, et. al., 2017).
Proposed Methodology
After the studies upon the various methodologies that can be used in the whole process for the
project management of the Library management system, such as Agile Methodology, Waterfall
Methodology, Prince2 Methodology, etc. the proper methodology was chosen that was most
suitable for the management of the project of creating a Library Management System. The
methodology that was chosen was chosen on the basis of all the teams that are distributed, the
deadline of delivery and the type of the software (Despa, 2014).
Future Scope
In future if the system development is to be repeated that would be only because if any updates
are needed in the software and there must be some issues that the system may start to show, in
that case, the whole software development life cycle would be repeated with the respective
changes such as new technologies, latest efficient methodologies, proper testing and having
reliable resources, etc (Gajalakshmi, 2016).
Results of Design Choice
The design that was chosen in order to implement the library management system turned out to
the most suitable design that could have been possibly found out for it. The results of
implementing the design in the system were very accurate and were providing favourable
outcomes as per the input (Gajalakshmi, 2016).

Improvement Areas
The whole system was tried to be made as efficient for a new user as possible. But still, there can
be some areas of improvement which were not done this time as there was no intention of
compromising with the quality and security of the system. The UI of the system would be tried to
be made more enhanced and user-friendly than now (Gajalakshmi, 2016).

Conclusion
In the above report it is tried to be made very clear that the system Analysis and Design (SAD) is
considered to be a wide word in order to describe the methods that are used for the creation of
good quality Informational Systems that combine the Informational Technologies, individuals
and the information in order to support the requirement of the market for the business. The
