INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to various processes which are included in order to complete
a particular task. It is necessary to use knowledge and well experienced individuals who may
help in completion of a project. There are certain goals and objectives are set for a certain project
which are required to be met in a given time period. In the following report a project is made
which refers to a network system which is developed in order to enhance interdepartmental
communication in an organisation. This report will provide various discussion on work
breakdown structure, detail of project and various steps and project including budget of the
project.
