and activities in effective and efficient manner. This refers to the process that will lead to

There are different types of risk and issues occur while conducting activities of research project. It is
essential for researcher to control these issues and manage these risk effectively in order to perform

not have any knowledge that what is going into their campus so for enhancing student
involvement with extra curricular activities they plan to develop mobile phone apps that
facilitates a regular details related to QAHE clubs and societies events. Initiate the project: In this process, project scope, quality and communication management
strategies, performing risk and others are included. So, the project scope of recreation of
mobile apps are it create awareness among QAHE students and enhances their engagement
into extra curricular activities. Direct the project: This step is helpful to provide direction how this may be performed in
effective way. So, for this QAHE perform with its program management as well as review the
benefits of their post project that is recreation of mobile apps. Control stage: In this, the project manager delegate task, monitor the work, deal with
whatever problems raise and reports on their progress. So, as the QAHE plan to recreate
their mobile apps so for this they assign task to its team members and also observe that they
are going in effective way or not. Moreover, as the risk is identified that is raise at the time
of implementation of project such as shortage of funds, delay in delivery of product and
others. So, it can be resolve through showing extra budget initially and conduct a survey
