INTRODUCTION
Project management is analysed as the application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge and experience in order to achieve
the project objectives. It is analysed as practice of initiation, planning, execution, control and winding up the work of a team in order
to attain specific goals and meet the specific success criteria at the specified time duration (Turner, 2014). Project management is
crucial activity that involved various crucial task which are needs to be performed by managers for accomplishment of key project
objectives. Present report is based on analysis case of QA Higher education which is planning for refurbishment of teaching rooms,
and computers labs in its London and Birmingham campus.
This initial document will clearly discuss the budgetary information, timescales, objectives, approaches, key staff and
stakeholder analysis. These project initiation documents help in completion of research and selected objectives. Further, Gantt chart is
also prepared to discuss sources, tasks, dependencies and milestone for completion of project. Risk register is also prepared to evaluate
the potential risks involved in project (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). It will also cover an explanation about information and
outcomes if process of risk management is not utilized. At the end, there are various important strengths and weaknesses of PRINCE
2 model have been analysed and used for completion of project.

Title of Project Project on the Refurbishment of teaching rooms, computers
labs
Estimated budget In order to accomplish the project, an estimate budget has
been prepared which involves classification of funds for
performing each activity. Funds are sponsored by the
Managing Director. For the refurbishment of project, there
are requirements of 675000 pounds as they need to buy
equipment, extra computers, furniture, lightings, its software
and other security systems.
For refurbishment of teaching rooms, they have to purchase
LCD screens and projectors which are required for
developing SMART classes for students (Marchewka, 2014).
At least 60% of the above budget requirements will spend
on the purchase of products.
Support desk for students most important part refurbishment
