INTRODUCTION
In this fast booming industry of travel and tourism, the need is increasing for sustainability
for several reasons and concepts emerging in the corruption in tourism. This report is based
on the sustainable development of tourism and laid emphases on current as well as future
needs of generations. This report will argue on the advantage and disadvantage of public
and private sectors of the planning of tourism on context to Qatar. This will analyse the
features of the development of tourism in the context of Qatar at several levels. This
arranged the approaches to measure the influence on tourist and highlighting on the
tourism development with the help of theories and models. This will evaluate the
interactive planning process in context to Qatar about the contribution towards the
development of tourism and will lay emphasis on the stages of the planning process for
raising the concept of sustainable developed tourism. This will discuss the inferences of
balancing demand and supply and evaluate the ethical and moral issues of reserve Qatar’s
tourism. This will compare the current issues and the impacts emerging on destination are
different in tourism and recommend the ideas for future development.

Stakeholders:
Stakeholders may be a person, group or society that has concern or interest in the
organization. Stakeholders are affected by the organization's objectives, actions and policies.
The stakeholders of Qatar are its employees, customers, directors including managing,
research, human resource etc. The government also plays an important role as a stakeholder
of the travel and tourism industry.

Tourism development:
Tourism development is just a Sustainable Improvement in Tourism. If anyone visiting any
place as a tourist, then he will be getting transportation facility, accommodation, good food,
Internet, entertainment, shopping, nourishment and all the things that are needed by any
tourist. The travel and tourism industries also keeps this in mind - environmental impacts,
economical & social factors of the area, cultural impacts which can impact on the tourist.
Sustainable planning:
It focuses on the quality life which is better for the tourists and it provides valuable and
important experience for the tourist by improving the quality life of community of people.
Benefit to stakeholders:
It is also beneficial for the society of Qatar as it focuses on the environmental resources of
the developing country. It leads to the growth of stakeholders from the return of
investments and the development encourages economic sense. The stakeholders are the
directors, employees, customers, and managers etc. who get benefited from the planning of
the sustainable tourism development as follows:
Employees: They get benefited because it inspires the creation of job and emphases on
providing salary, incentives and wages to them. The employees also get job opportunities for
creating their life stable and which helps in boosting their morale and working at the
workplace.

Tourists: It helps in improving the quality of the life of the tourists and will help in catering
the benefits to the visitors who visits Qatar. The planning for tourism development helps the
local communities and contributes to add the valued experiences to the tourists when the
local communities’ life gets improved.
Society: The society of Qatar get benefited because it emphases on taking care of the
natural and environmental resources and keeps safe.
Sustainable tourism: It helps in increasing the long term profitability of the different
organizations of Qatar of tourism which also increases the interest and tax payment for the
nation government.

The private sector is the portion of the economy which gets runs by an individual or the
industries for making the profit and these industries are not controlled by the state.
The public sectors include the corporations and companies which run by the government
and these includes the charities and other nonprofitmaking groups are the portion of the
