P1 Aims and objectives of Cubic Hotel.
Management is the group of person who works for a main purpose to achieve the
organisation target. A good management team always consider their company goals on first
priority(Bennett, Western Digital Technologies, 2014.). It helps to increase the quality of team
members and increase the performance level. In this present report it will explain about the aims
and objectives of the company and the digital technology they adapt to improve their
performance. It will explain about the management planning which helps to accomplish the
company goals. To carry out this research The Qbic hotel is taken into considered which is
situated in Amsterdam it is a small scale Hotel which provides accommodation facilities to their
guests. Furthermore, it will explain about the work breakdown structure and a Gantt chart and
also it will explain about the Qbic research which helps to accomplish the organisational goals.
Research gives the method and new technologies by which Qbic improvise their working
services. The main purpose of Qbic Hotel is to attract more new customers. Business should
increase their values and creativity through which they enhance the competency level among
employees. Company is able to earn maximum profit with help of good management.
Management of the Qbic hotel needs to be perfect. It is important for the Qbic Hotel to analyse
the needs and wants of the customers so that they expand their business into new level. For this
respect Qbic needs to adopt high technology techniques by which they provide high class
facilities to their guests(Coleman, 2013. ). Managing successful plan is based on proper planning
every organisation contributes the best efforts to maintain the company image in front of the
customers. The main aim of Qbic hotel is to give quality services so that their guests will satisfy
with their product and services. It helps to maintain the long term relationship with the exixtinf
customers.To achieve the best results of completing the research their has to be some aims and
objectives needs to be their. They are as follows:
Aims: To understand the needs and wants of the customers by adopting digital
technologies to enhance the quality services of Qbic Hotel. This Hotel needs to analyse the
current trends and demands through which customers are attracted towards the organisation.
Objective: it is a way on which company achieve the maximum profit.
Identify the business activities of Qbic Hotel.

Interpretation : From the above research it can be said that digital marketing is more
important for the growth of business development. Out of 10 members 7 members said that
digital marketing is important for the Qbic Hotel(Nakamura, and Chow-White, 2013.). And out
of 3 members said no that it is expensive for the organisation and it involves higher risk.
According to my point of view company should adopt new advance technologies to improve
their quality of services. It will enhance the customer relationship, client attraction, and increase
profit revenue.
