Insights
Arindam, working as an IT professional for the past 25 years has made him experienced
throughout the sector of the work. He became acquainted with almost all of the sections and
functionalities that are the primary working areas of the industry. Hence, he is termed as “go to
man”, as any instances where it is found to have some issues are directly referred to him for
clarification as well as for solutions (Burns, 2016). His experience has become an important asset
for the company. Besides, throughout his career, he also acquired a set of management skills too,
which made him even more reliable to the company as during such management issues he could
be referred back for managing the situations as well. His career started as a developer, however
with time he shifted himself to the management section and worked there for a long time
(Burns & Dewhurst, 2016).
Now at this present situation he desire to be a top management official in the IT industry.
This desire of him is feasible enough as he has a huge experience in the particular sector where
he desires to be in the top. His management skill can be well understood with the revelation of
the fact that he dealt with a team of 200 members. It is not an easy task to manage such a huge
team and get the works done. This efficiency shows that Arindam has a very precise
management skill and has the ability to be on the top of the management section of the company
(Kirzner, 2015). Besides, QQQ relies on him regarding the technical issues as well as
management issues.
Another extension of his goals is to conduct and manage big projects throughout the

experience, the first thing that comes into the bucket list is to handle the work on a large scale
(Leonidou et al., 2018). Therefore, same happened for Arindam too. To handle projects that are
big and has a global reach is one of his aims in his professional career.
The final goal that Arindam aspires to achieve is to buy a jungle retreat in Africa. In his
career lifetime, it is certain that he has accumulated heavy funds from the income throughout his
career. It is certain that the skill and the experience that he has acquired throughout his career has
made him accumulate enough funds and hence, now it is feasible for him to have such desires
(Sekliuckiene & Kisielius, 2015). The desire for owning of the jungle retreat in Africa is for a
separate purpose that is building an exclusive library on a wild life photography. It is obvious
that he is an enthusiast of wild life photography and hence, he is now having a desire of using his
accumulated funds to follow his passion. Precisely, there are three insights that the subject has –
to be at the top of the management, to handle big projects that have a global reach and own a
jungle retreat in Africa to make a library for wild life photography (Venkataraman, 2019).
