by maintaining standard quality of products or services. Current report is based on the Quality
Tooling Company (QTC) which operates in manufacturing industry and has explored into
production of medical equipments. Present case study will give emphasis on explaining quality
improvement strategy for the specified organization in turn proper culture can be maintained.
This business is getting very good recognition in the international market because of its products
and brand image due which it wants to develop sustainability in the quality of its products. In this
project the different methods of improving the quality of the business products and services will
be discussed. Customers feedback, continuous improvement and employee monitoring along
