Quality management is concerned with implementing actions and strategy that can help
in maintaining desire & standard level of excellence. It includes determination of quality
policy, formulating & implementing planning, assurance, quality control & improvement. In

by maintaining standard quality of products or services. Current report is based on the Quality
Tooling Company (QTC) which operates in manufacturing industry and has explored into
production of medical equipments. Present case study will give emphasis on explaining quality
improvement strategy for the specified organization in turn proper culture can be maintained.

and brand image due which it wants to develop sustainability in the quality of its products. In this
