The aim of the report is to take into consideration the review report as published by
the Quadrennial Homeland security and discuss the mission as produced by the report in the
light of the assessment of the General Accounting office, CRS that is Congressional research
service, academic and think tank perspective.
The quadrennial Homeland Security Review is a document brought out by the
Department concerned with the Homeland Security. As such the entailment of the review
process is a three year long one. The aim of the document is to make the process thorough
enough in order to make it beneficial to the stakeholders. The report of the year 2014 poses
forth the planned and focused strategy. As such, the priority is given towards the informed
cases of the risks. The aim is also towards analyzing the resource the capability of the
tradeoffs. The attention is given towards the state, federal, local, territorial and tribal. The
importance is also being given towards developing the partnership between the private and
the public. As per the GAO review it has been claimed that the risk has been high since the
year of 2003 (crsreports.congress.gov, 2020). As such the proposition is to bring about a
transformation in the enterprise architecture (dhs.gov, 2015). As such the architectural
document was analyzed in relevance to the documents that were prior to it. As such, it also
evaluated the comments from the stakeholders. As such after comparing the QHSR with the
GAO view it can be opined that QHSR lacks proper framework particularly in the year 2010
to execute the strategies aimed at achieving the mission (gao.gov, 2017).
As per the CSR, the QHSR has brought about required modification in the security
goals as aspired by them in the year 2010. They achieved this in the course of the year 2014.
As per the report, QHSR has suggested that the enterprises have evolved their capability in
terms of the homeland security. As such, it provides a framework for their capabilities in
terms of the homeland security in order to address to some of the flaws in the year 2010.

studies as the organization that has secured the leading position in terms of the public
engagement program. As such, it adopts the research-based program. A lot of verification
were conducted in order to give a recognized status to the TTCSP. However, the fault in the
program lies in the approach that the organization is concerned with the certain privileged
