Introduction
In this present paper, we will discuss the review of the three research methods which are used in
the last three weeks. The paper also describes the various additional resources which can be used
by the company in order to conduct the research study. The paper review three research methods,
namely, qualitative research method, quantitative research method, and experimental method. In
the last three weeks, there are various research methods which are studied, such as basic
statistical terms, the introduction of testing: nonparametric and experimental. The research
method is defined as the concept which is used by the researcher to conduct the research study. It
helps to conduct the research in order to fulfill the aim of the research within the specific period
of time. The qualitative research is mainly a primarily exploratory research which is used to gain
the understanding of opinions, motivations, and reasons. The sample size of the qualitative
research is mainly small, and it is collected through unstructured techniques. The quantitative
research method is used to quantify the problem by using the statistical tools. The experimental
research is mainly conducted to determine the cause and effect relationship. It is mainly used in
the field of science.
Qualitative research
The qualitative research is defined as the research which is used to gain the understanding of
opinions, reasons, motivations and reasons. It is the non-qualitative type of analysis which is
used to conduct the analysis of data which is collected from the respondents in order to
determine the conclusion. There are various types of methods which are included in the
qualitative research such as ethnography, case study, historical research, phenomenology and

opinions in order to solve the problem. The qualitative research is defined as the research which

conducting the orthopedic research by applying the knee osteoarthritis. Denzin and Lincoln et al.,
2005 states that the qualitative research is a naturalistic interpretive approach which is used
universally. The emphasis is given on the natural setting, and it is concluded by the authors that
the quantitative research that it is widely used by the various psychological problems such as
anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and others. The qualitative reviews are mainly based on the
legal samples and clinical work. The reflectivity is one of the most important parts of the
qualitative research, and the interpretations are involved at every stage in such a manner that no
starks drawn between the subjects and researchers. It is important for the qualitative researchers
to reflect their world of research subjects in their study. The qualitative methodologies are
mainly developed to provide the meaningful insight in order to gain the culture system, localized
environment, and society. According to the researchers, there are different views and experience
of the humans which is collected by the researcher in order to determine the findings related to

avoid the problems of qualitative reviews. According to the various researchers the quantitative
research help to analyze the data through statistical tools in order to analyze the data in a most
efficient and effective manner. The structured research instruments are used in conducting the
quantitative research and various tools are used for conducting the quantitative research such as
questionnaire, SPSS, MS-excel, and others. The quantitative research findings are more
appropriate than the findings of qualitative research.

Experimental research
It is mainly defined as the research method which is used in sciences for example chemistry,
physics, psychology, and others. It is the systematic approach in which the variables are
manipulated by the researcher in order to determine the results. It is mainly used to determine the
causal relationship and the magnitude of the correlation. It is also known as true experimental
research in which one variable is controlled by the researcher, and other variables are controlled.
The aim of the experimental research is to predict the phenomenon's which is used to improve
the day to day lives. The research problem is defined by the researchers in order to focus on the
narrow research area. The ad-hoc analysis is the analysis which issued to explain the contrary
(Weber et al., 2014). There are various aspects which are considered at the time of conducting
the experimental research such as sampling group, sampling errors, sampling techniques, sample
size and others in order to determine the valid results from the experiments. There are various
statistical techniques which are used by the researchers in order to conduct the research study
such as probability sampling, nonprobability sampling, systematic sampling, cluster sampling
and others (Hamari et al., 2014). The selection of research design considers various factors such
as control group, Hawthorne effect, randomized control trials and others. According to the
Cronbach et al., 1957 the experimental research is used in the education sector in order to
determine the cause and effect relationship. According to the Campbell and Stanley et al., 1963
there are various types of experimental designs such as true experiments, repeated measures,
quasi-experimental designs and time series designs which are used to conduct the experimental
research. It is often conducting at the laboratories due to which it can be called as laboratory
study. There are various factors which need to be considered by the researchers at the time of

conducting the rematch such as treatment group, dependent variable, independent variable,
random assignment, double-blind, control group and others.
Evaluation of material used in the research material
1. Case study analysis
The case study analysis is one of the materials which are used in the research method
theme. It is mainly defined as the analysis of the case in order to determine the findings
of the study. It is an intensive study which is used to investigate and explore the event
deeply. It helps to compare various facts related to the study, and it continues analysis
which can be used in the formulation of hypothesis. It is the method which provides
grounds for generalization of data, and the findings can be interpreted statistically (Yin et
al., 2013). It can be used to formulate the questionnaire through analyzing the case study.
2. Articles
The research article is used as the material in the research methodology theme in order to
conduct the research. It is the primary source which is used to conduct the research study,
and the research articles are very important because it acts as a base and evidence in order
to conduct the related study. The research articles are mainly the original study which is
conducted by the authors, and it acts as a raw data which is collected by the researcher
and analyzed in order to draw the conclusion (McMillan et al., 2014). The research
articles are the previous study which is conducted by the authors, and its format includes
introduction, methods, results and references.
3. Research books

It is defined as the textbook which includes the previous research work of the various
authors which is used by the researcher in order to conduct the research study. It is used
as the research material in the research method theme. It is one of the most useful
materials which are utilized by the researcher in order to conduct the in-depth research
study within the particular period of time.
4. Electronic data
The electronic data is defined as the data which is stored in the electronic devices, and the
related records are used in conducting the research study. It is stored with an appropriate
metadata which can be used through particular software. The information can be accessed
by the researcher under the right to information act 2009 (Elliott et al., 2013). It helps in
conducting the research in order to analyze the data in a most efficient and effective
manner.
Recommendation
There are various additional tools which can be used to conduct the research study such as
journals, articles, youtube, video, books and others. The videos help to provide the insight
through visually in order to analyze the research study in a most efficient and effective manner.
The journals are recommended because they are mainly written by the experts in the selected
fields. So the use of journals helps to conduct the research in a more in-depth form (Booth et al.,
2016).

Conclusion
From the above review of all the three research methods, it can be concluded that research
methods play an important role in conducting the research and it provides the pathway which is
used by the researchers in order to conduct the research study. The qualitative method is mainly
used to conduct the survey which is related to the motivation, opinion, and others. It is applied to
conduct the survey which is not measurable in nature. The qualitative survey is mainly
conducted by the researchers to determine the quality of the research. There are additional
materials which can be used by the user in order to conduct the study in a more analytical
manner such as videos, journals, articles and others. The experimental study is mainly conducted
in the field of science, and laboratory experiments are conducted in order to determine the cause
and effect relationship which can be further used by the researchers as a primary resource. There
are various materials which are used in conducting the research such as research books, articles,
electronic data and case study analysis. All the three methods are studies in last three weeks. The
case study analysis is one of the most important materials which are used in the research method
theme. The research articles are acts as a primary resource which is used for conducting the in-
depth analysis related to the research study. The research books are also used as the material
which is conducting in conducting the research.
