INTRODUCTION
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the critical appraisal of the two piece of primary
research. The selected article is based on the qualitative and quantitative aspect which is based
on the module case study which is helpful in order to generate the value and skill which is based
on the evidence based practice. The report is usually follow the aspect of principle of health
assessment. It is useful in order to develop awareness and create fitness aspect among the
principle and they have set of principle that used in physical health assessment.
The evidence based practice is usually referring as the process which is shared the decision
making that is based on the practitioner, patient and the other significant in order to them that is
based on the evidence that configure the research process. The health assessment is usually
follow with the aspect of principle which is based on the care, adoption and substantial factor
which create relevance in study of principle that follow health assessment. In addition, the
evidence based decision making usually focus on the searching for the appropriate aspect that is
based on methodology, tailoring evidence which is focus on the health assessment and that make
a positive impact due to the assessment, hypothesis and intervention.
AN ACCOUNT OF SEARCH STRATEGY
Evidence based practice which is usually acknowledge the significant role that based on
research finding as the fundamental component. Determination of the important role of research
to evidence based practice, nurses which is usually encourage in order to retrieve the finding of
the evidence which may play role in the principle that adopted for health assessment. The health
assessment that help to show the process which basically include the set of data collection,
documentation and evaluation of the client health status and show the responses that configure
the health issue and intervention. The basic principle which is used within health assessment
technique is accountability, performance based assessment, evidence based assessments, validity
and reliability of the assessment and the participation and the collaboration.
With the aspect of principle that is based on the documentation aspect which is followed
under the unbiased research data that is supported with evidence based practice that requires the
methodological search strategy that usually involve with the combination of keyword and
database which is related with the research paper where one is qualitative and one is quantitative
that is based on the topic of principle of physical assessment that is inspection, palpation,

auscultation and percussion. Therefore, the physical assessment follows the in-depth analysis of
principle that play role within evidence based nursing.

The PICO framework which is usually based on the concept of clinical aspect that make potential
to formulate questions for the quantitative paper. The PICO framework usually used as
intervention plan portfolio that consist of population, intervention, comparison and outcome. It is
also analysing that they can formulate questions that have vigour and can help in the
identification of the result. In addition, the databased and the search strategy are usually play key
role in development of quality of data collection which is based on the number and statistic. The
